I'll try and make this short and simple.

Am 23, I've my own Data Selling business and by God grace am doing well, so money is never a problem.

But the problem I've is that, am a skinny dude.
When it comes to food, I don't have much choice, so basically am always eating, same type of foods all the time.

I eat all sorts of Carbohydrates and protein foods still yet man still slim.

I know some will say maybe it's my parent genetics, but NO, they're both Fat, same as my other siblings.


Dear NLers, Please any Food Diet I can Eat Or Fruits Or Maybe Drugs I can use?? I must be Normal or FAT o lol.

Please help a skinny dude.. Lol

Billionaire businessman Mike Adenuga’s son Paddy yesterday broke the Nigerian internet space with a thrilling and inspiring tale.
It chronicled how he masterminded an almost successful acquisition of the entire business and asset of Chevron in the Netherlands. And he was 29 years old at the time.

Many have described the account as “inspiring”, BellaNaija termed it “captivating”, all making the 34 year old business mind the endearment and attraction of many.

But very little is known of the billionaire son. He’s real names are not even really known. He’s only popularly known as Paddy Adenuga. So Pulse Business has put together a few facts about him.

Here we go!
1. Paddy was born Mike Agbolade Adeniyi Ishola Paddy Adenuga in London, England at the St. Thomas Hospital on June 21, 1984.

2. Paddy’s mother Emelia is of Calabar descent.

3. He attended Corona Primary School, Victoria-Island, then King’s College Secondary School in Lagos.

4. At the age of 10, he was relocated to Harlingen, Texas, USA in the Rio Grande Valley to attend the prestigious Marine Military Academy (MMA). After 3 years at MMA, he attended The Tenney School in Houston Texas. By early 1998, he graduated from high school at the very young age of 13.

5. Still at the age of 13, Mike Adenuga Jnr. started tertiary education at the University of Massachusetts, Boston studying Business Administration but graduated at Northeastern University in 2002 with a Bachelors in Business Management at the age of 18.

6. From then on, he worked at family owned conglomerate, the Mike Adenuga Group, till 2006. He was the Group Executive Director of the Group’s telecom division known as GLO and also the upstream exploration & production company, ConOil Producing.

7. In 2006, he left the Mike Adenuga Group and moved to London to setup an oil brokering firm with a business partner called Cayne & Cayne. Cayne & Cayne brokered supplies of refined petroleum product to Nigerian oil firms.

8. In 2009, Paddy returned to his father’s business in an even more senior capacity as the co-CEO of GLO & ConOil Producing. Under his leadership, GLO significantly increased its national cell site coverage in Nigeria, Ghana, & Benin Republic, increased its overall revenue, and embraced new technologies to enhance customer experience and service delivery.

9. In 2011, I led ConOil Producing’s $1.3 billion bid for Shell Nigeria’s OML 30 oil block in Nigeria.

10. Paddy Adenuga has also been a screenwriter since the age of 15 and finished his fifth screenplay, “Waterloo” a little over a year ago.

Don’t blame them o.
They eat whatever is available as per the economy dictates. AKA 1-0-0, 0-1-0 or 0-0-1 diet.(skipping 2 meals daily to save the wallet)

If you eat RICE, YAM, BEANS, PLANTAINS OR FUFU for breakfast, you will MOST DEF have to skip 2 meals in the day.

What else can you eat?
No variety?

Or BREAD AND FANTA for dinner?
How DIABETES no go kill us finish?

This's total uncalled for, you don't have to insult people's food because to you presentation is key.
Yes most of us don't serve ourselves with tray or go all fancy for food we just want to gulp down, majority of the time we don't even remember to take a pic of the meal till we half way the food sef.

I believe i produce plenty because once i start giving him one booby d other begins to flow and soak my dress. I have to use breastpad. And mil said my brea.st too dey rush.

I observed recently he cries bfore he farts or poo

Mamas, i jeed to be sure about this: my ds neva seem to get full. I breastfeed nd keep breastfeeding. Once he wakes its breast! He cries, its breast! He turns, he wants breast. Is it dat he doesnt know when he is full yet? Its exhausting! I'm beginning to wonder if its the cos of his wailing at night. Weda d boy no dey belleful. Shld i switch to formula?

Good day all, Pls this issue had been given me sleepless nights so I decide to bring it here to hear your opinions and idvice.

I had been looking for admission for the past 4 years and luckily I finally got admitted into a federal university here were am reciding. The problem is; I had been the one taking care of my self and also assist my family with the salary I was earning from the company were I work. Due to economic reasons I wasn't able to save money after paying bills for myself and some of my family (I'm single, lives alone but my Mum & siblings live not to far from my residence). The only money I'll be falling back on if I quit my Job is the gratuitee and Pention.

So, I'm seeking your mature advice, Should I quit Work & Focus on Schooling? Pls help a brother. Thanks in advance
