However u can open window if its not too windy.

My baby will scream n cry 4 Africa if she is hot.
Ac alwayss and she wont stay covered or allow cap on her head.
So i wear 2 or3 cloths then on ac. But no fan cos of cattarh.
N make it not too cold.

But open body or not rashes will always show
If he is not crying wen hot. Pls continue covering him.
With time he will push away the cloths used in covering him

Pls mama help me. I take my prenatal consistently I drink a lot of water. But I get very tired every time. I don't do anything just wake up eat, wash the plate and lounge. Even when I'm eating I will feel so tired as if i have carrying block or I ran through a 4 storey building.
I am 34weeks gone and my baby's movement gives me sleepless night (really aggressive movement) was at the hospital yesterday for Ante natal and all was well with him from the scan. Are all this part of the package according to imogoe.

Do u take blood tabs? Those red small things.
Go n see ur doc for pcv test. Or go to the lab
If your count is low.... its not good plus u r almost due.
You will need to build ur pcv up aggressively if its low.

Some 0-3mnths clothing are now tight dt he can't stretch his legs well. 3-6mnth onsies fitted him well yesterday. Despite all d spitting up, my baby is growing well and adding weight.

1. Dark spots wont clear

3. Stomach fat wont go down n bfeeding hunger is not helping
4. Weight sef is piling up
5. Worse still cloths wont fit

My mon says for some, everything returns to normal after bossom feeding. And for someone like me who plans on feeding 4 9 months to 1 year... hmmmm

Why dont u mix palm oil and sugar. Keep on a small cup and take 1 table spoon every 2 hours.
It works in less than 24hours.worked 4 my mum n kid bro n daughter.
