I was given gasvison
I have used like 8 bottles now.
That shi is good.

but i realised that heartburn 4 me is caused by food or should i say hot liquid returning to my chest so i just force puke uding my brush. ..... then brush my teeth n then tske gasvicon.

When i seriously reduced spicy foods it was well reduced.... i mean d heart burn.
Reduce or eliminate pepper.

Then u can also take milk.
I take holandia milk of N50 after eating most time n i dont end up with heartburn except on severe occasions.

So i think u should reduce or stop pepper.
Then take milk.
If it persists.... see ya doctor.

Pls oh I was given paracetamol injection for the pain of the degenerating fibroid and I was given paracetamol tablets to take for 3days. The dr said sshe didn't want to give me tramadol cos she wasn't sure how I'll react to it since she wanted to discharge me. 

The issue is, I'm still in serious pains that comes and goes. 
Can I use heating pad on the pain site?

Please drink drum of water water and sleep on d place or sleep on ur right.

Some people have cramps early stage... but just make sure u r not stressing your body.
Carrying heavy things and please drink enough water. Like too much water. So much as possible.

For the discharge? If its too heavy n colored please see a doctor. Your obstetrician. U may have to run test.

My own baby is king of keeping mommy quite.
I guess i gave done like 15 scans.... it was until it was discussed here that 4 is enough that i cooled down

the so so scan has mastered my hubby that he just wakes up n say baby take n go n do scan n i will be like no... doctor didnt ask. Lol

What u can do.... ensure u r not always overfed.... then stay in a very calm position n take something swert or cold.

But if u like... u can use scan to confirm.

Pls o, I get small kwanta
I know today isn't bumpy Tuesday but abeg make una helep me look dis my bump. Is it not too big for 23weeks? Fear don de catch me o! Some of my neighbors are even thinking I'm already 8months pregnant o!

Secondly, lately, dizziness has been the order of the day. I get so dizzy that I have to stop what I'm doing, take off tight clothes, and just lie down for sometime before I'm relieved. 
Also, if I eat, after I finish eating, and I drink water, I'll get dizzy and weak that I'll just have to sit down for a while till I'm relieved. 

Is all this normal? 

P.S
I drink lots of liquid so I'm usually not dehydrated and I sit in a well ventilated area. Infact whether light de or light no de, my rechargeable fan is always working.

LO kicks like crazy! My belly is an acrobatic stadium for him

And sometimes I feel pressure in my lower abdomen as if lo is resting on something. I get this heavy feeling but it goes away after a while.

I force puke after eating cos i have a problem of regurgitation.
As in it could be 2 hours and the food will come back.

I wake up at night with food stuck in my throat... if i dont throw up, i wont be fine.
So i just do it...

Worst of all is if i eat rice.
Its crazy.

I even throw up water i drank last night the next morning.... lol

Its crazy.... i only enjoy beans n pasta n nporraige yam. And thats when am hungryyyyyyyy.

Its not easy o jare.
Its just drugs helping me n baby grow...

My doctor was even complaining that i like drugs too much.
Just pregnancare, calcium, ferrous n he is complaining. Lol
