You say someone is a patriot when he'll die to uphold the values and principles of his country and of it's founding fathers.

What values does this country represent that one could die for? Oppression? Terrorism? Corruption? Segregation? Tribalism? I could go on all day.

In this country, people are only patriotic to money, their egos and their religions. Even when the common people decide to live peacefully with each other, nepotism and tribalism at the highest political levels will always find a way to pit them against one another.

Until we do away with those negative values I mentioned, this country is not worth dying for.
