Please i am about to begin my jamb 2022 preparation today.what are the best text books for efficient preparation in chemistry,biology and physics?

Am also preparing for next year's jamb but i started last month.

This are the books am using and they are great.(at least to my taste),

Biology: Modern Biology
Physics: secondary school physics, lamlad physics.
Chemistry: understanding chemistry, lamlad chemistry.

NB: they aren't the best. This is strictly my view as i have been using them for a while now.

UNN is a very competitive and tough school
She probably didn't reach the departmental cut off for med and sug.....

She should apply for supplementry and choose another course.
And note most times aspirants are given their initial course during supplementry so she shouldn't lose hope.

UNN's medsurg dept cut of mark was pegged around 319. So she didn't meet it(that if medsurg was her choice).

Please i did like to know how most of you stay up all night to read cause i have been trying really hard and i keep getting sleepy.

I have tried putting my legs on water while reading it didn't work.
I have tried washing my face, it didn't work.
I have tried walking around while reading, it didn't work.
I have tried many steps i see on the internet but they are not effective.


If theres anyway i can stay up even for four hours to read at night without any side effect i did really appreciate.
