INEC finally paid ad hoc staff

After a customer has played using his money on the bet account and lost, he eventually got a bonus of N100 and place a bet with a odd of 253.29 to win N37, 994.11. According to terms and conditions of the bonus, the bonus is to expire within 7days but the bonus was used the same day it was awarded to run a long game from 7th to 17th of March after winning the ticket which the Popular bet site confirmed after several tweet from the customers and punters, it was finally decided to cancelled the customer winning ticket online because the bonus expires in 7 days but they allowed him to place a bet that runs for 10days. If terms and conditions works at first, they should have given a warning as known that such customer bet can't be placed within the duration and not even a condition was sent to the customer to know its a 7days expiration... Just this morning as Early as 5: 00am when it started raining���� I was on my way to travel from Benin city in Edo state to Ilorin Kwara state, a popular park in Benin Called Uselu park was extremely flooded with water everywhere. you can hardly recognize a drainage because of high level of water �� everywhere. in fact it rains that almost the whole town �� was flooded with rain . On the 9th of Feb 2018, the serving soldier named above deployed in NE for Operation Lafiya Dole precisely in 27 TF Bde Buni Yadi was involved in a horrific accident. The blast of an RPG impacted his eyes. He was in a critical condition and was evacuated the same night to Damaturu, from there referred to 7 Div Military Hospital Maiduguri. From there to he was referred to University of Maiduguri Teaching hospital and then down to 44 military hospital in kaduna, all these took about 1 month and 10 days,from there he has been referred to Thelish Hospital owned by Indians.

He needs Cornea implant to save his sight. The accident buried hot sand n debris in his eyes. The right vision is gone, but the left eye is cloudy and out of focus. The grand idea is to quickly salvage the parts of his eye that is still working. The Opthalmologist told him that depending on his body system , he has about 2 -3 weeks to do the surgery or else there will be no need to do the surgery again. And they won't start the process unless payment is made, because of their past experience with the army. He was advised to raise funds as Army bureaucracy and paperwork takes time ( when(if) they respond, it might be too late).
The bureaucracy in the military in getting him the urgent treatment he deserves and need is what has necessitated this update and we his former colleagues are using this medium to call on the military authorities to expedite action before he loses the second eye while we also mobilise resources for him in our own capacity.

Russian businessman Sergei Mavrodi, whose MMM pyramid scheme deprived millions of Russians of their savings in the 1990s, has died of a heart attack, according to Russia media.
Reports said the 62-year-old was rushed to the hospital late on March 25 with pain in his chest and died several hours later.
Mavrodi's MMM financial pyramid was a typical Ponzi scheme in which earlier investors receive their profits from subsequent investors. Mavrodi promised returns of 20 percent to 75 percent a month, as well as lotteries and bonuses for investors.

In 2007, a Moscow court found him guilty of financial fraud and sentenced him to 4 1/2 years in a penal colony.
In 2011, Mavrodi launched another pyramid scheme called MMM-2011, calling on investors to purchase so-called Mavro currency units in a bid to get rid of the "unfair " financial system. Some 15 months later, Mavrodi halted the project.
From 2011-16, Mavrodi launched Ponzi schemes under the MMM brand in India, China, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Nigeria.
In many of those countries, Mavrodi's operations were subsequently shut down or suspended.
