Solar does not produce as much electricity per cost of equipment. 2.5Kv Generator is much cheaper than 2.5Kv of solar power generation system complete from panel to inverter. But, the generator power supply eventually becomes costly in the long run. I was building a house and spent little on solar panels and batteries plus inverter. That was enough for lights, TV for half a day in an area with #2 or #3 ranking on earth for rainfall. Not always sunshine. Even in the best region if earth for sunshine and with a very large solar power plant, a generator is a very good addition in the rare case that sun does not shine for a few days or damage happens to the solar power system.

I started with a generator first and then added solar. Solar was so expensive for me at the time while needing to spend $ on house construction. So when i got solar, i got a very small output system. I upgraded the system to larger output after some time but still not enough for 24 hour power use.
Solar is worth it but more costly to begin. Generator is cheap to begin but more costly after years of petrol, oil and service and buying new ones. Most people do not have big money all at once for solar, so they spend small at once on Genrators and then little by little they spend more than solar over a 20year period. Solar panels last at least 20years for full output but can still output above 50% even after 30years.
No generator has lasted me more than 5 years -unless you buy the very expensive big ones that will need lots of repairs to last beyond 5 years.

But oga some body asked u why I are using genarator in ur house in America u didn’t answer that question. Do u use the generator in ur residence or in a farm or building site just to know pls cos the electricity in USA should be reliable I suggest stand to be corrected.

Pls permit me to share my experience with Nigerian artisans especially roofers.if you recall I called you while at home to enquire about roofing sheets. I don’t know why some of these guys can not be straightforward for once don’t that a house built with one measurement can have different square meters when you call Nigerian roofers to measure how many square meters of sheet that can cover the house.

Chai as we go we learn what u don’t know u don’t know oo. First roofer gave me 770 sq meter, second 550 although he didn’t climb the roof to measure he went round the building mesuring with his foot after he said 550 square meters will cover the house that he is talking base on experience I sad to him that I hear. Third roofer gave 700 square meters we decided to use the third person, but before that we have to go to companies to price the sheet of which we settled for foreign alum sheet called metcopo 0.45guage @1770 although we got it 1700 naira for one square meter at a company in owerri Olu road.

My house is a two wing three bed bungalow with massive front and back seat out all in suite store and others.

Now here is the magic they do, I called the guy that is the third roofer whom I want to give the job and told him that I don’t have money to roof the house now that how much can I pay him to get me the correct measurements of the roof which is called cutting list at this point his continent changed he laughed and said ova no body will give cutting list that one is for him and the company it was at this point I caught him red handed I preached and preached it really took time to bring him to comprehend. Last we agreed that I will give him hundred thousand naira on top of his labour before he now showed me the citing list which he said the total square meters is 630 even at that I still believe that there is excess even the ridge and gutters he has to now bring down the meters after the roofing we had 4 meters left.

Now during antenatal,doctors do pelvimetry for some pregnant women, not all of them cos there are indications for clinical and radiological pelvimetry. So not all pregnant women undergo this.

However, when the woman falls into labour, the doctors must do the vaginal examination to access how dilated the cervix is and to know the state of the baby. We don't usually do this alone, we also invite a female chaperon to be with us mosttimes.

One fact is that there are more men who specialises in obs and gyn than women, so chances. That you will see a male doctor attending to yur. Wife is very high, remember it's labour and most time you don't mind the person attending to you. All you want is to deliver an healthy baby to an health mother.

By the way, I can't count the vaginal examinations that I have done during antenatal and labour, and it's even the smell of the liquor that make me to run away from becoming a specialist in O&G.
