Sometimes last year, in the comfort of my bedroom watching TV quietly, I was bored like never before.. and yeah, you guess correctly the program I was watching didn't strike a nerve nor did it capture my attention...

Clubs football had already round up the season and are gearing up for pre season. So having visit every available sport site I could think off with my phone just to kill boredom, I decide to visit news site and came across nairaland after many attempts on other news sites. At first I didn't know how it works, few treads/news I open that day tells me stuffs I consider irrelevant.

Well, Comment came at the end of most news etc.. ouch many of them were immature comments, insulting comments and alot more were making mockery while other were funny.

Yea...! the perfect way to kill boredom.

I marvel at most comments and mentally thought of the person behind each comments, the audacity, the carelessness and lack of respect being spur here and there and also those who took almost everything personal.

"It is probably like facebook" ,I concluded.

Then I found myself visiting nairaland whenever I am less busy... this continued for days until I stumbled upon a story... "Silent seduction" by a certain fiyah.

I was impressed and got glued. Her choice of words, the plot, and more importantly her STORYLINE. It was well written and stucked a spot so difficult to erase... suddenly I couldn't find the story again, I search and search which lead me to discover many other things that I have been ignorant of.

I found that everything was divided into sections... family, education, literature, technology etc.. I then discovered one need to register and I did it accordingly.

Literature I have always been a fan of literature, so I got glued there... to this very day even through busy schedules won't allow me read ever stories there... I still plan to do that anyway.

Now, We have almost come to the end of this year... I believe now is the time to show my sincere appreciation to those who spent sleepless night ,work their brain off just to entertain us...i repeat just to entertain us all for FREE. (smiles...)

Actually i'm writing the story based on how the other writer ended it.

The gang rescued the protagonist daughters then the episode 2 is about Vilmor finding out the five Dons that killed his man. And start taking them out or bringing down their organisations. The other writers can continue that own part, it's just that i hope there wont be some mix up and confusions.

I dont think there's gonna be a Bloodline 3.

Trying to write a story about a character that someone else created is kind of difficult for me. I can only write based on the character i created.

To me, this would have been better if the writers wrote their own individual stories and somehow make the story have a connection with the story written before theirs. Or it could be several stories that revolves around an object or in a particular city, or even someone. Then every writers will bring what they are good at to the table. The action-thrillers will write theirs, the romantic ones will do theirs and so on.

Example. (A particular Bar)

Action- thriller.

Hit team are in the bar sorting or perhaps came to the bar to meet and sort out ways on how to get their target. They leave for the job and succeed in accomplishing it. Or end up being taken out by their target.

Romantic.

That same bar, a guy waiting for a girlfriend or a girl waiting for a lover. Infact a romantic story that started in the same bar. And in the story, the main character might have cast a few glances at the hit team or bumped into one of the men as they where leaving the place before the romantic story began; just a short connection. The writer of this genre knows what to write sha.

Detective.

An undercover cop in that same bar following some leads about a serial killer or professional killer. The hit team somehow gets his attention, maybe through a brief argument they had with the guy or girl(second story) that they bumped it on their way out. But he waves them off cos he is so close to finding the person his is after cos his source of information lead him to the same bar.



Then an intelligent writer might read all the stories and somehow be able to create a connection. Larrysun is probably good at that.


The name of the story could be the name of the bar.
