Ok. But sir, the same faith is what people of other religion use to justify their beliefs. Does that mean they're right and you're wrong or does that mean you're right and they're all wrong? Faith in my opinion is more like talking about probability. It either works or not and that calls for scrutiny in the way of evidence. You made mention of a baby knowing Jesus even in the womb, i think we both know that's impossible...lol... And if you've noticed, most people only follow the path of their parents in terms of religious beliefs. A Hindu will say a baby has been seeing Krishna from the womb. May i ask if you were born into a Christian family?

I'll provide more if there's a need for it. The stories of the various deities are so similar to the point that one cannot help but ask questions like, isn't it that they copied one another and stuffs like that.
In addition, outside the Bible, there aren't any contemporary mention of Jesus and there were a lot of historians around the area where Jesus "lived". I'm not trying to swerve your faith. I just want us to come to an objective truth. Shalom

If yes, then you already know why I'm repeating the word "faith". And you said outside of the Bible no contemporary mention of Jesus, bro I don't agree with that. If I may ask how was the Bible compiled? Was it not from buried scrolls, manuscripts of which some are still in archeological museums, historical artifacts stored up for research purposes, where do the early historians, researchers get what they compiled?

Our views maybe contrasting but the truth remains the truth whether both of us agree objectively on this point or not.

Sir, this isn't true at all. There are claims upon claims of people being born of virgins even before the mythical birth of Jesus. Jesus isn't the first. This is a fact.

It might interest you to know that those mythical beings you cited weren't recognised as being real. But the lord Jesus Christ and his word can never be denied, even a baby in the womb knows that. When I see the source I might go through them but that doesn't in any way gives me an atom of conviction and please the sources should be encyclopedias and archeological and not some blogs or sites seeking to get ads.

First, let's look into the various deities that existed before Jesus. The first I'll like to look into is Krishna which means 'the anointed one' existed thousands of years before Jesus was born of a Virgin in 900 BC with a star in the East signalling his coming. A tyrant killed thousands of infants because he wanted to kill Krishna. He was a teacher in the temple, he was a healer who performed miracles, he was crucified between two thieves and resurrected from death. Another god was Attis who was born of a Virgin on December 25th 1220BC, He was crucified and rose from the dead after three days. Mithra on the other hand was a Persian god who was also born of a Virgin, travelled around with 12 disciples, performed miracles, died for 3 days and was resurrected, he was called the truth and the light and was worshipped on Sundays. Dionysus of Greece 500BC was also born of a Virgin, performed miracles, was referred to as the king of kings as well as the alpha and omega. Horus of Egypt was born of a Virgin around 3000BC and a star in the East signalled his coming, he was adored by 3 kings, he was a teacher at 12, began his ministry at 30, he performed miracles, had 12 disciples, he was crucified, died for 3 days and was resurrected, he was referred to as the lamb of God.
By looking at all of them, you'll realize that they come from a relatively accessible geographical location. All the deities existed before Jesus and Jesus Christ has all those characteristics. How can one not say that Jesus Christ was made up as a combination of the deities that existed around that area at that point in time. I'll implore that you check this out by yourself so that it won't be like I'm making things up. Please, check them up in your local library or the internet.

Those gods u are talking about are mythical beings. Even if they were as powerful as you say, and the date of their birth coinciding with that of Jesus, I don't know of that. But mind you, December 25th isn't the birth day of Jesus Christ.

You're insinuating that their books are occultic only because you've not studied about other religions, in order to come to the truth, there's a need to compare and contrast. BTW, do you know that Jesus Christ could have been a made up entity in history?
Moreover, if you have extraordinary claims, there's a need to back them up with extraordinary evidence, saying someone like Jesus Christ walked on water, raised the dead, when he died, thousand arose from the dead and a lots more requires strong evidence for people to accept.

If you wish to confirm it, pray to God to guide you as you study the scriptures, so u can see modern day events fufilling prophesy. Have u read about the history of the bible? Which book has passed through such persecution and survived? But it survived even till tomorrow, this alone begs the question what is the power in this holy book?

He isn't Adam's son to begin with, but the son of the serpent. He didn't receive the revelation that sin can only be atoned for by blood, but able did.

Finally, brethren we should note that we are the light of the world(i.e. true believers of their age) because we have the spirit of the lord Jesus Christ in us as we see in Romans 8:9, 14 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

If we are truly the light of the world let his mind be in us and be baptised by his spirit then our good works(fruits of his spirit in us) will show forth. Matthew 5:16

The evil doers won't go unpunished. If the punishment you mean is on this earth or that of hell. If its on this earth, both the evil doer who sins willfully as a nature, and a son of his who mistakenly commits a sin, they will both be punished though the son will be forgiven if he repents both will still make heaven, but the sinner by nature will receive his punishment here on earth and also in hell.

Remember we as humans have a choice, but God's predestinated children will make the right choice to serve him.

As a scientist, I've come to an understanding that on a natural note of occurrence, man over the years through different theories of space-time has been able to determine the space-time coordinates(x,y,z,t) of various events, round the globe by the use of satellites and other space station gadgets to a high degree of certainty.

Man's intelligence so far can only ascertain the space-time coordinates aswell as get video clips attached with an audio of the event by his modern day technology. But science isn't done yet because because it seeks to be in control of every event aswell as its coordinates, so man delved into scientific predictions (quantum theories, Heisenberg Uncertainty principle, Relativity, radioactive dating, to mention but a few). So far on these prediction advent, science has achieved some sort of success based on observations and experiments, but still far from the spontaneous natural event.
The probability of an event occurring in a particular space(x,y,z), at a particular time(s) is very low in comparison with the mass of the earth, except a set-up is in place.

What if i tell you that there is a higher intelligence that KNOWS ALL( I.e. he foreknows and controls events, space and time): come on! he made the heavens and earth and every living thing in it to begin with, his eyes runs to and fro through the tinniest space and splitest second of time. His gaze pierces through everything be it in the atmosphere, on land or in the deepest part of the waters, beneath the earth, no hair falls to the ground without his notice. Oh what an intelligence!!!

Ultimately, we are all just actors and actresses on stage in this life. We are just pawns on the chessboard. For it is both to him to will and to do. Trust him who knows every move you make before you make it.(gen1:1-end, john1:1, job12:15, 26:10, psalms24:1-2 etc)

It's rather unfortunate that many of us so called believers don't actually know what we believe anymore, many of us have no concrete experience of God in our life, so when we stand alone without the church, family members or any form of comfort we easily deny our faith whether directly or indirectly.
It is so because we have made the commandments of God of none effect by our
church traditions that isn't based on God's unadulterated word.
No wonder Matthew 15:8 says:
This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.

Also all we see now is show off in our gatherings and not holy spirit in action( not speaking of only speaking in tongues which should go alongside interpretation of the tongue or else don't speak except in your privacy.) Prophesy, healings etc.

That's why Paul said in 2Timothy 3:5
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Brethren we need to get back to the real form of worship. What is the essence of dressing a very beautiful or handsome corpse with what ever valuable attire or jewelry? Its just a waste of time, because it has no life in it to begin with, so also is a person without having the life of Christ, the holy spirit in his soul.
Christ is the head of the church, not creeds, not dogmas because he purchased his church with his precious blood.
He is now our life, John 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
Let us return back and contend for the faith which was once delivered to the saints.
Finally, know that anyone that has not the spirit of Christ is none of his(romans 8vs9b) and by one one spirit are we baptized into the body of Christ not joining and playing church.

LETTING OFF THE PRESSURE
The earth as it stands now is filled with pressure [all aspects of human endeavors] of which our human strength has failed to surmount and will continue to fail. So this begs the question of what to do let off these pressure. The answer is simple but seems hard to some,

The promise is not to only the ministers but all believers. All things are possible to them that believe. Feeling compassionate is truly the first and doing it for the praise and glory of Jesus Christ not to show off.

Ominipotent God: For with God nothing is impossible
Genuine believers: all things are possible to them that believes.

When the ominipotent God via his unfailing word meets the genuine faith of a true believer, the MIRACULOUS is bound to happen.

It's a fact that every human being is required to feed for his/her survival. Our literal physical being needs the 5classes of food for it's growth and survival, but our spirit being,the soul feeds on the food of the spirit (words of eternal life or words of deceit and falsehood).
Both bodies need to feed for them to survive and grow. For the physical body to survive in terms of feeding, there must be an exchange of life between plant and human or animal and human, I.e. something has to die for us to live. For instance, to get carbohydrate from yam, the matured yam plant has to die. Also to derive protein from beef,the cow has to die. The same goes for other classes of food.
We shouldn't be bias in our diet as regard to our spirit being, but as Christians,our soul feeds on the pure unadulterated word of eternal life,the truth of the revealed word of God, and Jesus said Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. And we believe that God's word is Jesus Christ himself John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And Jesus Christ also said"
John 6:48, 51 I am that bread of life.
I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. For us to live eternally, creeds and dogmas postulated by different denominations cannot give that life because they are men's ideas of God's word,private interpretations given to bind the laity to themselves and for their own benefit.
Finally, my brethren let us feed our soul with the right kind of food and be consistent in it backing it up with prayers so we won't get fat outwardly while our spirit man is lean. Let us desire God by making his pure word our food as peter said in 1 Peter 2:2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby.
