Yes,It is very possible to get the APL before 10th January 2022.Some people will be collecting their APL tomorrow,believe it or not & will join those that have already documented in training camp. Against.Many people even the senior officers.To the extent that the CGC was saying that he will resign.But by God's grace Mr. President will not allow such to happen.

With regards to 2009 recruitment, they did documentation before they are called for training.But I am not saying that we must do decumentation before been called for training, our own case may be different.but just take a look at this:
