All these things you mentioned are human thing and not specific to Nigerians, you don't want to see how other nationalities behave in their country, but they've law enforced, so if you do anyhow there are repercussions, but who is enforcing law in Nigeria? Developed countries you never have to worry about getting fuel or whatever, public transportation is efficient, if you want to drive there are affordable electric vehicles. Light is a constant thing, just do your daily job and chill, government is not choking your neck

I use Expedia and booking.com and they don't tally with the prices in the screenshot, anyways where the guy wants to stay is his personal problem. Have a good weekend

Fiction is something outside what REGULARLY obtains, NOT people who'd rather get peanuts than leave a room empty.
