I learned the Newly appointed NNPC Managing Director, Dr. Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu is not an Igbo Man. He is from Onicha Ugbo which is in Delta State!

We are waiting for the Duara man to appoint somebody from Biafra, before we can say anything!
