I don't know since I haven't handled one personally, but I imagine it would have an 'always ask' feature, whereby, you can be given an option of choosing either one of the dual Sims to initiate a call from or text message. Going to settings to select a sim before you can make calls, or browse, is an antiquated feature that is no longer been implemented on smartphones since 2014.

That is the case with infinix hot 2 and I watched unboxing video of this device where I saw something similar.
