It's naija nothing new, donations upon donations, I dont expect them to have exhausted the materials given to them alone talkless of touching the cash. BUA, Dangote, Jack Ma, US embassy, Chinese Embassy etc. Donated lots of testing kits plus many other materials and yet they're yet to test 100,000 people. Imagine at a start they told us that each test cost 10k but now it's now between 40-50k so that they can say have use all the money for test.... its alright
