I use the camon xpro and my friend has the camon 11. Tho I've had mine considerably longer than him, we both yet to experience any sort of hiccup

I bank with Polaris and I can confirm that their customer service is awesome.

It's nice to see Polaris doing this. In fact, I think all banks should be doing the most to enlighten it's customers especially their elderly customers that are trying to embrace digital banking.
