Green is APC, red is PDP.

In 2023, the dynamic had changed with LP becoming a MAJOR front runner.

For all intents and purposes, we can safely say that all the red states except maybe Adamawa is fully Obidient.

This means that all the votes in that state are predominantly going to LP.

Tinubu picked a Muslim candidate, against the wishes of his party stalwarts, because he wanted to repeat his 2019 feat: win the election without the South East and south south using in South West and Northern alliance.

The problem is that the North no longer belongs to APC for the taking.

There's Atiku and Kwankwaso; two formidable forces in the North, who will disseminate his voting numbers in the North.

This leaves him with the South West where even Obi is digging his heels into.

APC can't repeat 2019.

The game has changed now.

I have this stubborn tribalistic uncle that I've been trying to convert to obidient.
After much preaching, he decided he just wont vote at all. For me, thats better than voting against Obi.

To my greatest surprise, he just called to say he's finally seen what I'm seeing and when I asked him why, he said this answer from Obi touched him.

I was moved to tears because converting him took more than common sense. Now we have one repented sinner in our camp. This Obidatti ticket will be the greatest unifier of all times.

It seems so too. I just visited Atiku's Facebook page and scrolled down to his pictures when he was contesting against Buhari in 2019. I discovered most northerners who supported Buhari then no longer comment on Atiku's pictures reason you'd think he dominates the north. But if you visit their profiles, you'd discover they're still posting about Tinubu. I also discovered Atiku's supporters in the north have drastically reduced courtesy Tinubu and Kwankwaso. Most people from Zamfara who supported him in 2019 are now with Tinubu. That might be the handiwork of Matawale. The difference between Tinubu and Atiku's votes in Zamfara might be higher than that of Buhari in 2019.

Honestly, the northerners are doing a good job for Tinubu in the north. It's left for his southwestern brothers to follow suit.

Tinubu would sure win the north. But it seems Atiku and Kwankwaso hold the media in the north just as Obi holds it in the south. I'm saying this because when you visit BBC Hausa, Kwankwaso has most supporters there followed by Atiku and Tinubu. I might be wrong though.

Tinubu would win the southwest. However most of the western youths dunno their right from their left. They're forming liberal and woke when their eastern counterparts are marketing a failed product because they feel it's their turn. But with what I'm seeing on Twitter of recent, it seems most of their youths have started comporting themselves.

If 2m voters cast votes in Lagos, Tinubu should have 1m, Obi maybe 500k Atiku 320k and Kwankwaso 180k. Aside Lagos and some urban parts of Yoruba land, I expect votes coming from the rural area polling units to look this way: APC 290, PDP 27, Labour Party 9 and NNPP 1. At the end Tinubu should have 55-60% of the votes cast in the southwest.

Former peoples Democratic Party PDP Chairman of Dabaza ward in Kazaure Local Government, Jigawa State, Abubakar Sani alongside other party executives have decamped to the All Progressives Congress.


Chairman, Kazaure local government council Muhammad Mukhtar Zanna stated this while receiving the defectors in Jigawa.

He said the APC is the only political party built upon national patriotism, love for humanity, justice, equality and selfless commitment.

Zanna, however, assured the new members that they will enjoy all the benefits other old members of APC are benefitting from.

He said, ” Your efforts and commitment towards the victory of the party determine your position in the party, it is not how long but how good”.


He charged the decampees to join hands and work hard for the success of the party at all levels in the next coming general election.

Also speaking at the event, the former chairman of the PDP in Dabaza ward said the lack of credible leadership and internal democracy within the PDP is the primary reason for their defection.

“We felt that the leadership was not effectively representing the interests and concerns of the people and that there was a lack of accountability and transparency”

“We believe that the All Progressives Congress is a party that truly represents the interests of the people and that is committed to fairness and transparency”


He said other defecting executives are Mustapha Lawal – Kazaure Local Govt P.R.O, Abdullahi Abdu Yandutse – Social Welfare PDP Dabaza Ward, Usman Umar Kachika – PRO PDP Dabaza Ward, Salisu Ibrahim Yadiya – Ex -officio PDP Dabaza Ward and Aminu Mohammed Kurfi – Legal Adviser PDP Dabaza Ward.

Others are Salisu Abubakar Member, Sule Amiru Delegate, and Yahaya Alto Vice Chairman Arewa Ward.

No one was expecting hiss socalled endorsement anyways..He only endorses fellow northerners. His idea of "One Nigeria" begins and ends with fellow fulani Muslims lording it over the rest of us. You hardly see him supporting Southern candidates and you will never hear him say anything seriously bad about the herdsmen menace across the country, but once the terrorists are dealt with or annihilated anywhere in the country especially in the south, the sultan comes alive with all sorts tribally charged verbiage. Eight years ago I worked as Inec official. APO 2 precisely. The thing is that, we were not elegible to vote because of our location of service and place or registration.

I want to suggest, what if Inec make a special card just for Inec official who will be working that day on different polling units different from their place of registration to enable them vote their choice candidate wherever they may be.
