Joy to the world, but it's going to be sad for me.
Cause a cat died in my throat, even without a nose mask I can't breath, even when I try to call for help, I choke, even
The world health organizations can't help me. This Christmas when the night skies is filled with fireworks, naija youths will be reminded of those firearms, flying bullets, through the night skies as they sang the song. Jingle bell one sad merry Christmas
I'm just ringing the bells for Jim, please poem lover, I'm sorry I'm speaking like I'm crying but some bodies Jim is dying.
I wish I could say come home for Christ Tim, but all that is left of you is a shadow of memories like steam.
This Christmas, bells will rings bells will be ringing the sad, sad news, what a Christmas to have the blues, I have no friend abroad to wish me greetings once again. Even Santa Claus can feel the blues.

The sight of your lovely face takes away all my fears
You are the one I want to love throughout the years
For an eternity I want to spend in your arms & cares
Grace by your beauty and charms
Please don’t let me shade these tears
If you need some time I will wait a life for you for a
life time.
No one else has been able to make me feel so strong
& vulnerable while just as safe, and equally as humble.
And who else, could reassure me that although I may
Fail a thousand times more, some one might still be
crazy enough to love me, just the same?

Dear Mom - Spoken Word Poetry
Dear mom, everything you did was worth it
All the sacrifices taken when the picture wasn’t perfect
I could see it in your face when I was young and all your burdens are reminders to keep pushing when I’m working on this circuit
I remember in the cold
Delivering papers out the trunk when I was sick going door to door
You used to say God got me I was meant for more and that we was broke cause he was fixing what we had in store
I remember that momma used to beat my ass
Then I would be mad and crying while she worked a back to back
Then she’d wake me up and tell me that I’d better get to class
And then I graduated and she stood up and I saw her clap
Mom
We used argue now I know you were right
i'll tell my kids the same, to be in before street lights
Not to steal, do right, live, laugh, play fight and every night pray to God on both knees with closed eyes
Everybody’s got a mom
Everyone relates to this
There’s no way we can repay them for the things they all did
This a message to the queens around the world who go to war and sacrifice to make a better life for all of their kids
Tuesday night you would drive me to practice
Church on Sunday, midnight masses
Pushed me hard I couldn’t be stagnant
Kept me calm despite the madness
You cooked and kept me fed....

Can You Please Stop The Hate? You Can’t Stop The Hate. Spoken Word Poetry
You can’t stop the hate, it’s like an inevitable downpour you can call it fate
Dear mate, have faith, even Jesus couldn’t escape the tight claws of hate.
The Bible says it was his fate.
Do you wonder why, Super Heroes wear cape, it’s so that when they fly, the
cape dusts away criticism and hate.
Haters are saddest, who come at you with insults criticism and hate, it’s a bait
They are trying to bath you with their shameful action of spewing negativity
About other people.
Haters need psychological help to bring them off the worst behavior that prompt
Them to say negative things about you.
Haters just want a scapegoat, they have problems, they are struggling with either
Relationships, work, or low self-esteem instead of confronting their crises, they
Want to shovel their negative energy down you throat.
You can’t stop the hate, but you can stop it’s float
Whatever they wrote if it’s not true, just keep staying great, the antidote to hate
Is growth.
Let hate energize you, propel you to grow and do more for somebody.
If nobody talks about you then you are nobody.
You can’t stop the birds from flying across your head but you can stop them from
making a nest in your hair.
Guide your inner peace, else hate will penetrate your mind like spyware.
Always say a prayer, focus like a billionaire even criticism from Voltaire cross to bear
On you will vanish I to thin air.

A flower of an uncultivated variety, a flower growing freely
without any human sovereignty.
They thought they buried you, they didn’t know, you are seed
They wanted to drawn you, not knowing you are the sea
They wanted to kill your kind, they didn’t know you are a crossbreed
Trust me your creed will silence there greed .
They wanted to dim your shine, they didn’t know you are lightning
If only they knew that your destiny is like a lion they don’t need to attack it
Cause if they do, it will defend it’s self, they will put their tail in-between
Their legs and run away go mind their self.
Life is not a carnival, Massachusetts, your rival only care about his self
Sharpen your survival instincts, like your life depends on it, cause right now

I Miss You,
I see birds, flying in pairs in the Skye,
I see the Skye kissing the earth on the horizon
The sunset, kissing the gorgeous flowers bedizen
My heart bracing the arcing into a comparison.
Comparison of our first kiss, interlacing, interfacing
Energizing, stimulating like these dancing wildflowers.
Remember the day we climbed the towers,
Remember the day we danced for hours,
Remember that day we played on cauliflowers,
We were like these dancing wildflowers.
I have realized you are a book I will never stop reading
Even when I close my eyes there is still an image of you peeping
May be I was scared of my feelings, dating? May be committing
But Like the lilies they grow together, like the bananas they ripe together,
Like the eyes, they cry together. We were meant for each other.
If only you could see my heart, it’s full of your pastry like Raspberry tart
If only we could press restart, this Rock In my state of heart will fall apart
Now that we are poles apart, I see you, all you did for us, I miss you

Been A Poet In A Poor Country. 3rd World Patriots
Where am from, there is a lot of drama, no tushed environment no, cyclorama
You want to hear a beautiful tale of how events came together to make me an orator, I know you want me to give you a detail accounts, which I don't have. Which is one of a million things I don't have
But what I have is a little tale, of a poor child, a poet in a poor country.
I wake up each morning feeling emotionally dry & drained, the inevitable results of pain, for my environment is devoid of anything beautiful. I have slept & woken up in stack poverty for many years, am forced to learn the speech patterns of cockroaches. Each night my eyes greets the antennas' of cockroaches between the antennas leaning on my black & white TV screen. I hope this cockroaches can't hear my prayers, last night I didn't die of hunger strike so I pray they die, let me not die of the infection cockroaches spread on the tiles. Thrice i heard my neighbors child cry, last night, i dare not ask why, I know the solution to that cry is money. Money! Money is one commodity, a far cry. I guess, the white man call it symbiosis, my relationship with those cockroaches, but I call it poverty, poverty of the abandonment of fulfilment, poverty of the abandonment of need, poverty of the abandonment of want, poverty of basic things like clean water and shelter over my head. Been a poet in a poor country is the most difficult things, no peace, no stage, no audience and nobody to clap, so you have to clap for yourself.

There is enough to write about, enough to speak about, but there is no freedom of speech, a lot of people took this route but didn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel so they quit. Ideas die, inspirations die, hopes die, visions die and people die of little sicknesses like malaria. But for my vision not to die, I just find every way possible, to take little steps just to keep going. Keep going!!

Nobody told me that the road won't be easy,
Nobody told me up u till now that am feeling dizzy
If someone had told me perhaps I will be somewhere else dreaming.
But been alive wasn't my choice to decide
I once suddenly open my eyes discovering I was alive so I took the ride.
I walk as though in the ocean against the tide.
I am holding on tightly to survive the ride.
Besides me are carcasses of horse that couldn't survive the ride.
I made it this far but could this be the right path
A story was told of a man whom embarked on this route but never made it back.
My heart is beating fast, cause I see the remains of a man down the valley whom seems to be a match. Should I turn back, or should I move on?
Don't look at me like that, My feet are so weary from this long and rough road. My back's bent and aching from carrying this load.
Nobody told me that life is unfair and sometimes it can be cruel.
To worsen it all it comes to you with its spiritual accomplice called to time. Time! Nothing but minutes—little things!
