Nakedtruths: Your analysis is good but I disagree. Buhari has been getting 12 million votes since 2003 except in 2007 when he contested with yarardua n got 6 million votes. 90% or more of buhari's vote are from the north. There is no northerner politician alive that has buhari's cult followership, bear in mind that Jonathan, yarardua and OBJ won election with over 24 million votes and a total votes of between 38 to 40 milion. Buhari won with 15 million and a total votes of less than 30 million both in 2015 n 2019, therefore over 8 million people that has been voting never voted in 2015 n 2019. Where Would Bola Ahmed TINUBU get the numbers, southwest (his stronghold) gave APC about 3 million in 2015 and 2019. He can't pull buhari's 12 million votes in the north because he is not considered as a Northerner, a devout Muslim, or incorruptible ( points that sold Buhari to Nigerians) His party has failed woefully, what would he campaign with?. South east n south south won't vote him, I am sure you know that already. New voters, new interest and new rave is definitely not for Tinubu, how would he win? This election is between obi n Atiku Don't come and cry rigging in February o, cause I go laugh |

garfield1: The Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, has received over 2,000 people from the Bassa ethnic group who declared their support for the ruling All Progressives Congress in Nasarawa Local Government Area of the state.
The defectors who were members of the Peoples Democratic Party and the Labour Party, pledged their loyalty for the APC at the party’s campaign rally in the LGA on Saturday.
Welcoming the defectors into the APC, Sule said they would be given equal treatment with other members of the party.
He expressed confidence that with the massive turnout at the rally, the people of the area had once again demonstrated their readiness to deliver the APC in the 2023 general election as they had always stood by the party in past elections.

We are seeing others leaving their party to come and join us because of the unity within our party. Any loyal member of the party will not seek to create crisis in the party,” the governor added.
On his part, the Chairman of the State APC campaign council, Senator Abubakar Sodangi, urged the party stakeholders from the area to jettison their differences in order to ensure the success of the party in the 2023 general election.
He said, “All the critical stakeholders have to be united and work together for the success of the party. We are to work together towards delivering the party in Nasarawa local Government Area. I am happy that our women and youths are together with us in the struggle to ensure victory for all candidates of our party, the APC.”
Earlier in his welcome address, the Executive Chairman of Nasarawa LGA, Muhammed Ottos, commended Governor Sule for his efforts in developing the area and the state at large while assuring of his supporters readiness to massively vote for candidates of the APC in 2023. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://punchng.com/pdp-lp-members-defect-to-apc-in-nasarawa/%3Famp&ved=2ahUKEwid7dbUlt77AhUXgs4BHdTHBjkQFnoECA4QAQ&usg=AOvVaw3zNfR3BgkEfgOVmOmAh_tc

Svoboda: Atiku cannot be trusted. The north is not zealous about him. Tinubu has always had one foot in 2023 victory.
Secondly, the oil find and exploitation launch at this time in the north is another masterstroke for the apc, as it is also another dagger to the heart of the dying pdp.
Every patroitic nigerian ought to wish the pdp dead, and die it will after 2023. Guy, someone from the North was just so happy today. He assured me that they are voting APC in 2023 because of what APC has done in the North that PDP has failed to do for 16 years. Some South Southerners too, after hearing from Wike what Buhari has done that no PDP did for Niger Delta, have made up their minds to vote APC in 2023. Flawless victory for Tinubu I must say |

God bless our darling Daddy President Muhammadu Buhari and his amiable Vice president Prof Yemi Osinbajo. God bless our incoming Presido JAGABAN Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Another angle, Kastina - Home of President Buhari, the majority votes here is non-negotiable. In 2019, out of 1.6m+ votes, Buhari took 1.2m+. With buhari as the Chairman presidential campaign council for APC this time around, and also remember he made a pledge to be at the fore-front of it all. With his influence, APC should be expecting same outcome - over 85% of the votes are in the bag for APC already in thestate.

Less work for the opposition The fact that you hate Tinubu does not mean others too hate him. Tinubu don work for him presidency years before today.
