Dear Editor, please kindly help me publish this on your platform. I am a girl of 25 years. I hailed from Kumasi in Ghana but was born and brought up in Nigeria. I am tired of nursing this pain in my heart. I think it is high time I poured it out. I lost my mum while I was barley eight months so I grew up with my dad and step mother in our one-room apartment here in Lagos. My dad remarried nine months after my Nigerian mum died; to enable someone look after me. It was in that process that my step mother took in. She delivered my half-brother nine months after, so we both grew up together here in Lagos. My dad struggled to send us to one of the best schools in Lagos. However, things became worst after we gained admission into the same university so my dad and step-mother had to return to Ghana. My dad, before leaving the country asked us to stay in the same room due to cost since there was no enough money. My step-brother is the type of guy every girl would love to hangout with. He’s cute, tall, dark and handsome. He looks older than me though I am his elder sister. I am this type that sleeps completely naked. I felt he was my brother and had nothing in mind. He’s so protective that he doesn’t like seeing me around any guy on campus. One day, I woke in the middle of the night only to see my brother caressing my breast. I tried to scream but he asked me not to. That was how it continued till I lost my virginity to him. Now, I am finding it difficult to date another guy. He’s so jealous that he fights any guy that tries to come near me on campus. We virtually have ‘it’ everyday. The truth is that I don’t have any feeling for another guy. I am addicted to him. My conscience is pricking me. God, I can’t imagine myself sleeping with my own blood brother, not even that, my junior. I am tired of this nonsense. The worst thing is that if I dare tell my dad, my step mother would not turn the whole thing against me. Please help me out. Your Advice can Go a long way Source: https://chinnex..co.ke/2016/07/true-confession-help-im-tired-of.html?m=1 Lalasticlala, Seun, Mynd44 Please help move to permanent site. It shall be modified

The Federal Government on Saturday explained that its ban on the post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and the general admission procedures, “ Does not in any way affect the statutory role of the Senate of any university or the academic boards of any tertiary institution conducting its admissions”. Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu , in a statement by the Ministry’s Deputy Director (Press and Public Relations), Ben. Bem-Goong, said the clarification became necessary following conflicting reports in the media over the roles of universities and the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board in admission under the new dispensation. It stated that the role of JAMB was to conduct the UTME, compile the list of candidates whose scores meet the cut-off mrks (180 and above) and send same to the universities. The universities are then expected to shortlist candidates using the agreed guidelines and thereafter return the shortlisted candidates to JAMB for verification of compliance to guidelines and subsequent issuance of JAMB admission letters. “ For the avoidance of doubt, any screening charges shall apply only to successful candidates who have been issued admission by the universities of their choice. All universities and JAMB should adhere to this directive,” Adamu stated Source: https://chinnex..nl/2016/07/only-candidates-shortlisted-for.html?m=1 Lalasticlala , Seun , Mynd44 Please do the needful.

A nightmare is a dream that usually causes the dreamer to stir and wake up feeling anxious and frightened. Often triggered by trauma or stress, nightmares are united in their unsettling nature that often bleeds over into waking life. Nightmares sometimes occur because the dreamer refuses to acknowledge or accept a particular situation he or she is experiencing In fact, I Could remember vividly last 2 years around 2014, Was the Worst NightMare I Ever had because, the night was So long with so many different frightening Dreams. Now Most people in this befall, would Start moving from Church to church craving to be Delivered or thinking it's from their Village. Well, I will bring to your notice that Not everything that looks spiritual is actually Spiritual. Back to the topic Nightmares are often an indication of a fear or hurt that needs to be acknowledged, confronted, and healed. The dream is a way for our soul to make us take note of the lessons that need to be learned and the issues that need to be resolved. So how do you put a plug in your nightmares and become a nightmare ninja? Here are three of my top tips: 1. Eat foods that are easy to digest. Foods such as alcohol and cheese can ferment in our digestive system, breaking our sleep cycles and causing us to have restless sleep. This can result in a hyperactive mind, more dreams than usual and, more often than not, nightmares. Be cautious of what you are eating a few hours before you turn in for the night, and scope out foods that are easy to digest. 2. Protect yourself with trinkets and talismans. There is something comforting about having a protective force around you to prevent night creatures from invading your sleep sanctuary. Peace out, boogie man, and take that, stupid nightmares. There are a few spiritual objects that can protect you while you rest, including dream catchers or crystals like obsidian, onyx, and clear quartz. Keep them under your pillow or on your nightstand. 3. Create a safe space. Don't let yourself go to bed stressed out about tomorrows to-do list. Create a sleep shrine that allows your mind, body, soul, and subconscious to truly relax and rest. Listen to calming music or think about positive aspects of the day you just completed. Add in some aromatherapy oils like lavender, sandalwood, or ylang ylang, and you have yourself a sweet-dream sanctuary. Source: https://chinnex..nl/2016/07/have-no-nightmare-again-with-these.html?m=1

Dab2mydick:Hahaha.... This happened to my Friend's Right Ear... He consulted a Doctor and he strictly warned him not to Use Ear drop... He gave him Hydrogen Peroxide B.P to use and within 2day he was perfectly OK.. Note... He stayed with the Problem for Over 1 week before consulting the Doctor so you case is small... Here is how to Use the Hydrogen Peroxide.... Dont be scared... It is Just EarWax.. Dont Use Ear drop.. Pour a little Hydrogen Peroxide in the Cover in the morning, Put it in your Affected Ear, Cover it with Cotton wool and wait for like 1min, 20 Seconds before pouring it out, Do likewise to the Right Ears because the pressure would push the wax toward the right ear. Do same thing in the Afternoon But at night, When you put it in your ear, cover it with Cotton wool(That one nurse do use to clean your arse when you are about to take injection), Put the affected Ear up by Laying with one side of the body and sleep, the next day Do same .. Believe you me, before 2day you would see the wax coming out.... Tag me When you are about to testify.. Chinnex The Blogger Is Back........ Check my Signature |
