I stumbled on this thread yesterday as I tried to dismantle the same Kamisafe rechargeable fan.
However after a few mins of fooling around I figured out how to do it from the bottom.
If anyone else is having challenges, I can post images of the bottom.
However my fan had a bad motor cable causing the fan motor to remain idle no matter the speed selection.
I'm on the repair stage.

There is beauty in Trump's strategy to get the Middle East /Arab states to take responsibility. America has put in a lot of funding into many wars in that region . While most of it has been to the interest of Israel but many have actually been to ensure that the region is stable while many Arab states just watch and criticize.
