soonest: Thanks for replying. I chose Benin, i thought you did yours in Benin.
Please, i didn't get you correctly. Does it mean they emailed you and asked for the document or did you go to the center to make enquiry? Mine is approaching 3 weeks since i paid, yet still not approved.
Is local govt of origin compulsory?
I did mine in Lagos state and did my sister own in Benin-city.
For Benin, which center did you choose?
In Auchi or in Benin City?
Lagos state emailed me on which document to upload. I didn't go there.
Local government certificate is very compulsory, because after uploading it, you will still show them the original copy and submit the photo copy.
If you choose Benin City as your center, you don't need to wait for approval on online, just go on the day you choose to capture (appointment date). They will approve it there, in the office, print out your vetted prove, and they will capture you immediately. .....
Just start going there, I guess your date has passed. But still go with all your uploaded documents , originals and photo copies of each of them.. For Benin-city specifically, you don't need approval on online.
But if you choose Auchi.... I have no idea how the center works.
nnaemeka60: Alausa Ikeja, Lagos. I was given a printout with details, including collection date which 17th March 2025. I thought they said the new E-Passport is processed within 6weeks.
Well, for me I choose festac, Lagos too but no date was written on mine
soonest: Please long did it take it to be approved. Mine is still waiting for approval and today was suppose to be my appointment. What documents did you go with?
Many thanks
is not up to 1 week, but before it was approved, they requested a document from me, which I had to upload and within space of 2hrs, it was vetted.
For the documents= I used national population certificate ( used for travelling out of the country) and my local government certificate gotten from liaison office in Victoria Island. Your vetted print out and payment receipt. All in original copies and photos copies too.
Yesterday made it 8weeks after capturing.. still waiting for it to be out. Finger crossed 🤞
nnaemeka60: I did my Biometrics yesterday (DIY) December 23 2024, and the print out given to me reads my collection date is March 17, 2025. This is more than the usual 6 weeks.
gloryhomemaker: We are blessed with lots of amazing delicacies in Nigeria, this simple Uziza soup recipe is one of them.
This video gives a step by step guide on how to make Uziza soup, it's one of Nigeria's easiest soups to make ready in minutes. Uziza soup can be eaten with pounded yam, Semo, Eba, etc.
Can I change my sister passport office from Edo state to Lagos state?
For one month now, they have not approve my sister passport application to (vetted) because we thought Benin City will be faster than Lagos since she stays in Edo state.
I choose Lagos for my capturing, mine was so fast, and capturing done since 2weeks. Am currently thinking of changing it to Lagos, so that she can come over to Lagos and do it.
Hello everyone, I will like you guys to help me to clarify some info about booking for appointment date.... Thank you 🤗
I went to immigration website to book for an appointment day,.... When I checked availability date, I saw 4th Nov ( but when I wanted to book for the exact date, it was stroked(4).... I decided to pick 7th November..which is available.
You should have visited immigration office to help you with your previous passport information before applying for another new ..
DaCharis2016: Pls I had my first passport in early 2005, but can't trace it or it's number for any renewal. Moreover it has my old name I don't use again. What should I do? I have already applied for a new online but not made payment yet.
michealdeco: Can I use the photocopy of my Birth certificate and Local government of origin? I lost the originals to theft but I have the clear photocopy.
I don't think the will collect it... But give it a try.
YoungBID: Good evening, has yours been resolved, I'm having the same issue , I paid and submitted since 27th of August, status still Showing waiting approval, my appointment is on Thursday 19th September. I'm so confused
So much dress code.. forgetting we are Corpers.. Corpers don't go to Nysc with all their clothes.
Some of the teachers were even murmuring why I'm repeating my six clothes I came with.
Omo! I can't wait to finish this service!
Am tired 😩 already.
Uchenna10: Pls is it possible to abandon nysc and continue later?
They posted me to a school to teach,I find it boring,I don't even know how to do it,but I'm trying,I just don't know if it's possible for me to forfeit it and continue later. The principal is giving me headache, telling me to wear shoes and dress coperate,I don't have such outfits for now, what I wear is my polo, jean and my pam slippers....tho I look decent.
Personally, with my experience, Company sponsorship does not fly well with Visa officers..
Cos they will be wondering what makes you so special or unique amongst the other employees that its you the company wanna sponsor, especially if the company has not sponsored you for any Career developement in the past. Even applying with a Company's Statement of Account is not advisable.. Like we all know here, the best sponsorship that wont raise a red flag is parent sponsorship or self sponsorship...
The company can only provide you with documents like Promotion letter, Stdy leave letter, introduction or recommendation letter e.t.c..
Please do not get me wrong, I am not saying you can't get your Visa if you are a company sponsored applicant, but your chances of getting approved is slim compared to parent sponsorship or self-sponsorship. Of course, if you are very convincing enough about the Company sponsoring you, or if the company has sponsored you in the past and you leverage o this, then you can get approved.
Impossible is nothing...
Peace
Apart from your parents sponsoring you or self-sponsor, can your spouses sponsor you?
HumorMe: M.Sc is more specific than MBA, you can qualify as a bachelor degree holder in any discipline for MBA but not M.Sc, and also not same course codes. To answer the rest, chat me up on whatsapp, i'll call you to put all issues to rest so you know what you are dealing with. 07085777245
Valobit: Hello everyone, thank God i found this post. I am intending to start my MBA with NOUN. i got the provisional admission last year, but because of the nature of my work, i have not been able to formally start the program. i have a few questions to ask.
what is the difference between MBA and MSc business administration? can i commence the program even though i got the provisional admission last year? or do i need to start all over again? are there any study groups? what are the subjects being offered? when are the exams? how are lectures or materials being distributed? when are the lecture times? where can one get past questions?
i would really appreciate if my questions are treated accordingly. whoever started this post God bless you.
Peace.
I wish someone will answer this.
difference between MBA and Msc in business administration... and do they have same course code?
Enskynelson: All NOUN courses are accredited. You are qualified for MBA but if you want the other one, please reach the nearest Study Centre with your credentials for clarification.
uninspired07: I know this my thread might get some people angry but it’s a subject that surprises me whenever I think of it. How do normal Nigerians who are educated have more than 2 children in a country like Nigeria with all the poverty & hopelessness? I am still single but I have it in mind to lay a ground rule that whichever woman I marry must agree to family planing methods after the birth of the 1st child whether male or female. And if the 1st baby is male, we can as well wait for another 5 years before having a baby of either sex as the last.
But I wonder when I see Nigerians that are not so wealthy giving birth to 4 - 5 kids in the midst of grinding economic depression and in a nation that has clearly failed. Don’t these Nigerians know that the country can descend into war anytime due to the instability that is so palpable? I get afraid when I see couples who have 4 children in this day & age so I always wonder how they are coping with the stress & the bills. I also wonder why they are not afraid of Nigeria.
good evening sir,...are you married?....
If no, let's get married.

Some Nigerians won't understand your write up,no matter the way you try to construct your words and convinced them....
