Thanks to Justwise, your candid advice email pushed me to realise that I had to push forward no matter how it looked or sounded and not follow the norm cos my situation was not the normal scenerio.

Thanks to Team12, your post on your documents to submit, gave me a template to perfect mine, allowed me gain more insight to help friends with their applications and made me change my mind from paper route to online route which was so perfect for the situation surrounding my application. Also Thank you for the mutual encouraging conversations kiss

cos the wait was sure a test grin

for us all.

And thanks to all NL member who update and contribute with helpful info, which helps thousands of people, you have no idea how far it affects lives and destinies.

@Graceee I have emailed cic and they are requesting for my medical information asking me to go to a panel physician
Pls what did your friend send to them did he or she have to send their e-medical info sheet cos am not getting anywhere with q-life.
Keep getting the run around and generic answer of "your report has been sent there is nothing we can do!"

if ur medicals is still says "review in progress", better send a mail to cic office in Ghana so they can update ur application.
my friend just did and he passed the medicals.
his status has been showing review in progress until he sent a mail to them today.

even called the clinic today to confirm they have sent the report.

No one can't , your passport MUST be submitted when applying via paper route. Only online route avails one not submitting international passport at point of biometrics collection.

She should go for the medical. when I went for mine I asked the consultant who said it wasn't part of the test routine they run but if it gets flagged up it will not necessarily affect your TRV. (Not sure how true this is but I have searched cic sites yet to find a place where it categorically states that pregnancy is a reason for not granting a visa).

Although it's a very general opinion and scare that it is (yet to be proven). Since your friend has gotten to this stage she has to go for it and see how things play

Does this mean your passport is not carry a TRV stamp? but you were given a POE letter of Intro instead or its both scenerio that applies?
just wanting to understand their system or ways for long term study permit!

Also, i stated in my SOP and CV dt i previously worked in this organisation some years back which is what it is. Now,I got a higher position. I am not under that kind of probation anyway since i'm not a new employee so to speak.
You guys shud help me out ooo.

@ Crich remain honest it is the best policy. if thats the case you have been given study leave and the company has written directly to the embassy in that regard include all papers.
Also add in the conclusion paragraph of your SOP in a sentence that is catchy or the reason you are given the study leave and support from the company etc if that applies.

my take is when you show all hands there wont be room for doubt and imaginations in the VO's or any human mind, dont over think it!
the truth never failed anyone in my opinion.
