Hello guys, its your favorite health blogger Paul Samuel FitnessDoctor

So, I stumbled upon something on the internet and I couldn't believe my ears. I have also noticed, mostly in fair ladies, that they seem dull without makeup and you wonder why.

I have come up with 3 possible reasons from my experience with these ladies and I hope ladies on nairaland can also help us clarify if my reasons are true or just something FitnessDoctor dug up.. hahahaha

1. They do not give a damn about nature

Most Nigerian ladies do not give a damn about looking good and fresh naturally. I even thought of releasing an article on my blog about how to brighten your complexion naturally (still based on my experience). Most Nigerian ladies focus more on makeup and beauty products to look good rather than on natural remedies. For example there are some rules I follow from the minute I wake up, that I believe most Nigerian ladies don't give a damn about. (You can check out these rules on my blog www.newsphases..com)

2. They don't have a sleep schedule

Imagine the benefits you would gain if you try to make sure you sleep at 11pm and wake up at 6am everyday. But most Nigerian ladies don't keep to a sleep schedule, which makes them apply very dull in the morning sunshine. They spend their nights on telelmundo or on social media chatting away and having fun. All these makes them lose the delicious benefits of good sleep and they have to once again rely on heavy makeup to cover acne, pimples, and also shine bright.

3. They don't give a damn about fitness

I am not saying most Nigerians ladies are ladies.. lol. But my I can say my sister is really lazy when it comes to fitness. I was able to convince her friend to keep fit and exercise but she still remained adamant.

Fitness make you look a lot younger and live longer especially when you go through natural methods (the 131 year old Chinese woman can agree to that). But most Nigerian ladies barely move a muscle and when they do, they just focus on any exercises they deem fit and good enough and later say it isn't working for them..

So these are my reasons why Most Nigerian ladies look dull without makeup.. I know I don't do makeup lol, but I look so great....

So ladies what are your thoughts? Did your favorite health blogger give the right reasons or did he hit a miss..
