go to
wipe>advance
check list only
Format system
Format data
Format cache








after completion try reinstalling.
1)XUI
2)Fix
3)root

you can restore your backup and try flashing again

Flashlight not working anything to fix it

the ROM might be there and not be complete. you can download the twrp recovery and try flash either of the two recovery scatter file + image separately as illustrated. Your phone might boot into recovery.

Twrp recovery is a custom recovery tool for flashing ROMs into devices.
