hey the nightclub business is not always about shady deals and laundering money, i think u watch too many movies or read too many novels. its just another business, why the smoke with no fire at hand. i talk facts not fiction. |
Hey asha anybody asking for money with regards to employment is a fake and a hoax. pls don't even think about it!!! by the way, any relationship with a good pal of mine, femi ashagidigbi in ibadan |
hey ndipe, all this holier than thou talk is really stirring some of us up. if don't like the music, change the song!!! i suggest you get on a site where faith is an issue, u could be of more value there!!! |
hey, i think we should take a look at the proposal available for starters, if there are suggested amendments, we can discuss them and act appropriately. i believe that should be the task at hand now, and i should ask, what is the fee or consideration for this proposal? are we like going to get shares of the coys stock or what? what exactly do u consider a worthwhile arrangement lai? this is the integral part of it, cause it breeds commitment on a different level. |
yo seun, i am not at all a lawyer, i just happen to have acquired a diploma in business and industrial law at the university of lagos, after my first degree at the university of calabar, kabish. but there are a bunch of useful lawyers around, i was referred to one by a nice chap called Donald. If u need one, ko si wahala. |
hey people,i don't believe that people are still freaking over the opening of strip clubs. who says it is a foreign culture? they only added a variation to the way our girls do jigida and if there is an audience, why not? pls let's move on to how we start the club. |
yo akin, what i am bothered with for starters is how to start the process and put your money to work for you. do we need to like get credit cards or something? how do we put our cash in to trade with? really curious. |
hey people, all this night club talk is getting me all hippy. anyone want to do this for real? i am eager like a beaver and i need associates!!! |
hey, who will like to see a diffrent kind of club introduced in surulere, and targetted at students of higher institutions? let's talk if anyone cares. |
pls akin how can u get us a refresher course for fools. i really need to get a basic understanding of these opportunities in order to be able to start exploiting them please. kindly give us some options to arrange for understanding. |
i wonder why we are always eager to let people smell the pudding and miss the cake. someone should arrange for some quick course on im, for those of us who are unlearned. i need to start earning some dough soonest. |
i am like real curios about how to make money online. pls educate me, cos i am as green as lettuce in this regard. thanks. |
why is anyone still flipping over the idea of a nightclub? i think we should always learn to respect the positions other people have decided to take, as long as they are happy with that. if you can't lend support, don't open your mouth to dull the party. read other issues, if this one is too scary. there's lots on offer at nairaland. better still just click on religion ma dear!!! |
Hey ima1, i hope you can handle what it takes to go into nightclubbing in a very high brow town like abj. the start is going to require a lot of publicity, targeted at the right sort of clientelle to enhance its exclusive and upscale image. so think about something targeted at students, and that always pulls everyone in, cos they are always seen to be the most socially aware in any genre. think about it, and let's cook up a plan. i live to exploit opportunity, wherever it may be hiding. |
Hey people, i think we should learn to develop with a lot of economically viable ideas. do you know what you could do with sixty million, is somebody kidding me. why the hell do i want to shell 60 mil on a nightclub. the cost of an interior decorator who can shave out a nice wooden design can save you like a third of that amount. use tiles and marble and work out a nice scenario with wood and you are secure for life. i am thinking like the heart of surulere, where there is already a place waiting to be taken. any interested parties pls. |
yo Ima1 and echidime, i think we can do some shit together, along with anyone who is interested. reach me at talk2iyc@yahoo.co.uk, and we can brainstorm over ideas for a club in the heart of surulere, where there is already some fun going on. |
YO PEOPLE, the nightclub i want to start up and expand from is targeted at students and young, fun loving people. there will be a host of games, a pool table, etc, to engage people. i will also focus on trying to offer students part time jobs, so they can make some money while still at school. i hope to finally spread all over the country, particulalrly in university towns. so investors wanted unrgently, its like a private placement. |
yo jerry, i have some really sweet ideas which i hope to bring to reality if we can actualise together. i will send u a mail, and we see what happens from there. emeka |
i want to get across to thomas pink, in order to become a distributor in nija, and open up a shop. i think his shirts are just the classiest for office use. pls hook me up, thanks. |
why don't we try and start up some fund which people can subscribe to and be able to access as the need grows, because me i have this concept for a club and cybercafe. i wish for a financier and some investors, or someone who can refer me to a bank. |
i believe that we r all clear as regards intellectual property arrangements, so anyone interested in getting in contact with a reliable lawyer can always holler at me. |
hello people, i do not think there is anything wrong with having strippers at a club. everybody should have the opportunity to enjoy whatever tickles their fancy. it is still a free world, right or wrong? |
Hey i also want to start up a night club and i have found what will be like the ultimate location in lagos. its not a high end one like is being planned, but will involve a round figure of between two and three million to start up. I have decided to float a company in this regard and i am looking for interested shareholders. I believe the nairaland network can produce some viable investors who can smell a good opportunity. We shall hit lagos like a storm. Lets make trips happen again on the mainland, surulere to be morte specific. so people holler at me!!! |
I love you is an appreciation of you from the outside. Its an observer's term, he is looking at things from the outside. I am in love with you, on the other hand, is a phrase that says i know you, i spend time with you and i am in love with you as a result, i.e. i love doing things with you. There is a two of us when it comes to being in love with someone. hope somebody learns and understands. I for one love so many people, but i need to be in love with one person, and i am looking real hard. Val's day to me is just a fluke. |
Hey people, somebody nicely called and directed me to a lawyer, and we had indepth talks concerning intellectual property. what i need is within the realms of trademark and a patent. Nice to see that a network holds for Nigerians, that helps solve issues. I think on this netywork, we can do so much. I wonder why people are not getting their firms to advertise on the network, there seems to be limited advertisement of local brands. Let's not end up selling ourselves short again. |
Intellectual property, as far as i know, involves ideas that you have discovered or developed, which is unique and different from anything currently existing. Patents cover inventions that are physical, like a radio or something physically functional; copy rights are for books and literature generally; trademarks are for signs, words or symbols that identify a particular brand or business. Intellectual property has to do with ideas from your head. Hope you get it now, and yes a lawyer would help. |
