When was that please? Like how much per share?

I never see anything after the initial payment ooo. That is even the reason I have not ask Morgan to delete it from my stock list.

I don ask them and they don delete am.

But I was on the neck of GTL registrars due to how they handled that notorious 17.42; so I believe they will remit what's due to me to me or else... grin

Good then....
This wasn't allowed the last time someone planned opening 2nd account with same name and other info...just late 2023.....
It was flagged severally by CSCS and was advised to abort mission. smiley
Try and ask well before starting the process anyway.

I once successfully opened an account with them, a second account, but later had problems with it as they said it's no longer allowed.

I had to liquidate the account.

GSK, after the payment, what next. I thought that by now it would have been removed from investors CSCS accounts. Abi they leave am there for the remaining small payments.

The registrar, GTL, is still procrastinating to pay me the second tranche of units I bought at different times with same broker.

I think gtb and zenith gives around 10% dividend

How did you come to that conclusion?

Their prices now are higher than what they used to be. It's only when they release audited FY result we'd know the Dividend Yield.

Its not necessarily about mandate. I tried mandating my account before the payment and was told its been automatically mandated using cscs. But I never receive kobo for my very few units. I mailed and after four days they acknowledged my mail only to say they will look into it. Very unfortunate

GTL wasn't like this before!

Dudes opened two separate shareholder's account for me, for reasons best known to them. I bought all units from same broker but at different times, which technically shouldn't be an issue.

They paid dividend for the latest units and, when contacted, said the first units bought weren't mandated cheesy

For the records, I haven't "mandated" anything in recent times. I just dey laugh at how incompetence is creeping into a hitherto highly rated Registrar like GTL.

This might be the factor. We have over 4 portfolios which has gsk.

Not the factor in my case as I have only one portfolio with GSK.

I mailed the registrar.

Had to call those guys before they could reply my email sent Sunday. Their response for incomplete payment was that I had two accounts with them and only one is mandated.

Strange because I only bought with one broker. Asked them to check well and the lady at the other side said it was indeed one account. So technically no real explanation for that mishap.

They said to send ID which I have done. I wait for them today. cheesy

I have access to my CSCS and the quantity is the same in my broker. I bought with one broker.

I recall buying in batches but not sure of the last quantity bought; so maybe they are paying in batches. I have actually emailed them since they didn't mind to make the payment today. cheesy

I just went through my X-Alerts to find that they paid for the last units bought.

Yes, I just got paid and it was complete.

Are you sure it's not through different brokers you bought the shares? If it is, then maybe it's credited according to how you got it.

If you register for CSCS access, check to be sure your number of shares is exactly what you know/believe it is. If you don't have the access, first thing tomorrow morning request for your broker to send you your CSCS statement before GSK is later deleted from your account.

It might also be that you are being credited in batches according to how to got it.

GSK don stain our white finish cheesy

I'm just curious though; I got my long awaited alert this morning but it's incomplete, say about half of what it would have been (I'm aware it's about 15.xx naira).

Did those who got paid get theirs paid in installments or should I be concerned?

Oh this would have been my best bet. But i have receive x-Alert of the success of the transaction but at a higher price of what the stock is trading currently. Allthesame, i'm grateful for your contributions.

I didn't clearly get your message.

The current value(price) of the stock is assumed to be constant. The number of units you already have should be the same if you remove the amount (transaction charges) you'd pay for the buying and selling.

It is the units that matter, after all you didn't buy the stock at its current price. I hope you get this.

Good Morning my oga's in the house.

Please if i want to do a cross deal between two of my accounts with different name but same surname to consolidate my holding. Can't i determine the price of the cross deal within the price range of the day?

Your contribution will be well appreciated

You should probably just sell the units in the broker/account you want to move from, move the money into the one you want to use and buy the same units. You may get lucky and buy at cheaper price.

This way, you're in control. In fact, since you're going to pay for both sides of the cross deal, this is arguably your best option.

That qualification date was relevant to receive the scheme documents and attend the court-ordered meeting.
As at today, GSK is on full suspension and technically delisting from NGX, following the notice from it last Thursday.
All shareholders to date will be paid off.

Okay. Thanks for that clarification.
