PhonesRe: Why Your Really Need To Stop Free Browsing Tweaks. by iykololo(m): 10:15am On Jul 18, 2015
Tolzeal:
Free things are always cool, Especially when you need to surf the internet 24/7 at little or No cost at all. Also Free stuffs could lead your way to hell or badluck when you're be en been watchful. Today i bring to some of the greatest disadvantages of surfing/wanting the internet at no cost at all.

As an ancient psycho, Who has always been a freak of the internet for half a decade now, I've deduced this & wanting to outsiders to know how enormously F..B..T can make negative impact in your life...

So, Just listen up as i HIT my push button.

*TIME: So goes the saying, Time is money & Time waits for nobody. Have you ever wondered why you keep getting late to classes ? How you dont wake to time for work ? Why you would get late to seminars / Summits?

Internet is a great home, No one's disputing the reality, But the Evil of F..B..T is the downfall of sucess mostimes. Especially when you so much indulged in it like me.Unlimited can actually reduce the life span,You get to develop so much interest on the internet for junks? You believe downloading unnecessary files to be top perioty .

A typical example is a student who would always wake Up at mid to catch the fun of the downloading speed & misses the day classes due to sleepless night When you couldn't cheat on nature.

*SCAMMING: Yes, Mosttimes when you're so much into F..B..T, We've got a lot of folks out there whom they're main purpose of living the Internet is to extort from people willing to get F..B..T from them. Lots of Nairalanders are living Alibis to this kind of situation.

*VULNERABILTY : Did you know Free brows.ing Chea.ts could actually crash your laptop? Heavy Downloading from the web might definitely lead to you downloads of undetectable malwares, viruses and security threats into your laptop computer which may eventually crash it.

One of the ways mischievous virus writers adopt to gain attention is to generate a program in form of codes which gives a desirable end-user result. While you are happy using these codes, hidden viruses which are masked under these codes are secretly breaking your firewall and other cyber defenses and invading your computer system. Unfortunately, the consequence of such dangerous invasion of your internet browsing device is only felt after a reasonably long period of time so you never get to associate your computer problems with the effect of using F..B..T . In Nigeria, many active internet users are surfing the web through fr33 browser cheats or codes. Many have suffered losses from attacks as a result without knowing the cause and many more are unknowingly on the verge of facing such attacks.

As Nigeria enjoys a very fast growing economy and a developing information technology, there is need to educate every internet user on the need to surf safely on the internet. Information and communication service providers in Nigeria have got secured ways of subscribing to the internet also providing Cheaper means of acquiring Data (SME).It might be ideal followinh these legal means and forget the idea of freely browsing the internet with cheats or codes with VPNs .The cheats may work for you today, but you may lose your computer or other devices tomorrow. More so, your security and future is never assured as you may lose your highly secretive and vital details to developers producing these fr33 brow.sing cheats and codes for you.

Thanks for taking the time to read the PIECE.

Now I await my crucifixion...BUT you not getting ENLIGHTENED that i wont let GO!!!wink
How much mtn pay u?

qbd2:
Just our culture. I also get into trouble very often for not greetinbg every single person I see when I wake up in d morning.
Must congratulate the yorubas on this. I was in a tailor's shop to amend my cloth when a little boy walked in to buy something. Boy walks in and says in Yoruba, "give me.....". The tailor and an elderly woman I was there with quickly replied in unison,"go back and greet". The boy, humbled by that order, carefully stepped back and with every prostration he could exercise, greeted accordingly. Now here I was thinking to myself,....this is not my first time of seeing this scenario and surprisingly not in the same state either. Commendable!

They are smoking away their destiny, God did not design anybody to smoke, if not he would have put an exhaust pipe in their head.

That was how my friend smoked knock out instead of cigarette on new year day, he put the cigarette in his left pocket and put the knock out in his right pocket, he said when it is 12am he would smoke the cigarrette, when 12am reach he mistakenly put his hand in his right pocket and smoked the knock out, the knock out that was designed to fire three loud shots, we started hearing paw paw paw at the back of the church, he started crying "pastor help help", na God save am.
He did. What are ur nostrils for? Double exhaust Sef for crying out loud.

Health10 Benefits Of Sleeping Naked by iykololo(op): 10:26am On May 12, 2015
Disclaimer: Not My write up.However, most facts are true.

Enjoy!

Sleeping is one of the most important things we do every night. Getting the right amount of sleep has an untold number of health benefits and not getting enough sleep is a serious problem in many countries around the world. Did you know that you can get additional benefits by sleeping n.aked? Here are some benefits of sleeping in the n.ude:

1. It is easier.

When you don’t have to worry about sleeping in clothes, things start to get easier. You don’t have to buy pajamas, which can save you money. You have less clothes to wash and less clothes to put away. You may have to clean your bed sheets more often, but not nearly as often as you’d have to wash your pajamas when you run out.

2. It forces you to be ready to go more often.

Some people get off of work, change into their pajamas, and use this as an excuse to stay home the rest of the evening. This can lead to a moresedentary lifestyle, which has been attributed to things like weight gain. When you keep your regular clothes on, you tend to go out more often and that’s a good thing.

3. It can make you feel happier and more free.

Just imagine the feeling of laying in bed n.aked. You’re free of your pants and underwear. Women, you’re not wearing a constrictive bra. It’s just you sandwiched between two cool sheets. The feeling just makes you want to smile and it makes you feel more free. Everyone can use that kind of good feeling every now and then, and it may even help you be happier as a person.

4. Skin-on-skin contact is the best.

If you’re married, or living with your significant other, sleeping n.aked gives a greater chance of skin-on-skin contact, especially when it comes to cuddling. This kind of contact can also lead to a more active s.ex life. All of this releases copious amounts of oxytocin, which is the neurotransmitter that helps you feel those good feelings about your significant other.

5. It could lead to better sleep.

Let’s revisit the scenario I described above. There are no drawstrings or clothes getting tangled in sheets. You don’t have to worry about shirts getting twisted. All of these distractions go away when you sleep n.aked and it may help you get better, deeper sleep. You don’t need science to tell you that better, deeper sleep only helps you be healthier.

6. It can help your skin.

For once your body gets to breathe. Your private parts, armpits, and feet are generally restricted all day and are often covered by multiple layers, even in the summer time. Give those parts a chance to air out and breathe. This can lower the risk of skin diseases, like athlete’s foot, that result from wet, restricted skin.

7. Helps you regulate your cortisol.

Cortisol is a very strange chemical in the body but it can do a lot of damage. When you sleep n.aked, it helps keep your body temperature at the optimal ranges so your body can better create cortisol. If you sleep overheated your cortisol levels tend to stay high, even after you wake up. This can lead to increased anxiety, cravings for bad food, weight gain, and more terrible things. Sleep n..aked so you can keep your body temperature down and sleep well so your body can properly produce and regulate cortisol.

8. Balances your melatonin and growth hormone.

Continuing along that same vein, keeping your sleeping environment below 70 degrees (F) every night can help your body regulate its melatonin and growth hormone levels. These chemicals help the body do things like prevent aging and are essential to good health. When you sleep in clothes, your body heats up and prevents effective use of these hormones. In other words, sleeping with clothes on makes you grow old faster.

9. It can keep your s.ex organs happier.

For men, the cooler sleeping conditions allows your testes to remain at a cooler temperature. This helps keep your sperm healthy and your reproductive systems functioning as normal. For women, the cooler and more airy sleeping conditions can actually help prevent yeast infections. Yeast grows better in warm, moist conditions. When it’s cooler and dryer, the growth of yeast is prevented.

10. Sleeping in the summer is more bearable.

Summertime is a tricky time to get good sleep. If you don’t have air conditioning, then you may find your bedroom a bit stuffy at night. Shedding those bedtime clothes can help the bedroom feel more comfortable. You may even be able to turn the A/C off on those cooler nights, which can save you a few bucks on your electricity bill. Don’t wake up drenched in sweat again because your thermostat is downstairs and the hot air expands up to your bedroom where the thermostat can’t read the warm temperatures.

With these tips in mind, it’s time to start taking off your clothes at night! Of course, there are times where clothes are preferable. If you are ill or it’s cold outside, then you should sleep with clothes on to help you stay warm and prevent further illness. Otherwise, go commando! smiley[
