Go to any good ac technician to check,maybe ur low on feon(gas),as for d sound u described its ok.

Whenever you start your car, it will be in open loop for some minutes until the O2 sensors kicks in. Open loop means the car is not following any instructions regarding fuel use. More fuel will therefore be consumed. Once the O2 sensors begin to work the car ECU will control the amount of fuel being used by the car using the sensors. This is closed loop and less fuel will be consumed by the car.
But please start by buying an OBD 2 Bluetooth scanner from Jumia. It's very cheap and can detect basic car faults. Simply install torque app on your Android and use the scanner to scan the car. The error codes that will be shown will give you the exact root case of your car consuming too much fuel.

Check your fuel status with your scanner. Check whether the car is running in closed loop or open loop. Scan it after driving for a while.

You can't blow it. It is the device that determines the amount of fuel that gets mixed with air and it's an electrical device.

You cleaned the air filter not the airflow meter.

@OP follow this advice.
Since you stated clearly the vibration is from the engine. And also usually when you want to throttle or climb a hill.
I fixed a similar problem recently on an 03 corolla.
Problem was the spark plugs. I replaced with original tokunbo NGK spark plugs and movement was swift.
However in your case pls scan and diagnose the issue first to narrow down the cause.
Whatever is being suggested that it is are only guesses. No go touch wetin no spoil.

The correct spark plug is written on the emissions sticker on the inside of the bonnet near the latch

Buy a new CV joint/shaft that is wrapped in a nylon. Tokunbo may have been contaminated.

Most mechanic are careless that is why you have to supervise the work

Also, allow the gear to cool overnight

Well,from similar experience,it's the driving shaft cups that's the culprit,you will change many things ,do alignment, wheel balancing,finally you end up changing the driving shaft to have peace of mind.

Hope the shock work have not remove the car from balancing and alignment.
The cheapest way to solve this issue is to scan and get codes, then go and rebalance your car tyres
