There is a serious allegation against you as to why you have to beg someone in Malaysia to use her credit card to pay for your website when you live in europe. Your flimpsy reason of debit and credit card only leaves no doubt as to your personality.
Are you an illegal immigrant or you have a criminal record to your name ? You have been evasive about this allegation and I hope you know that your name is at stake here, why not clear the air instead of looking for issues that are not related here.

Sam Milla, your servers in the US dont accept debit cards, so you had to request someone in Malaysia whom you met on nairaland to pay with her credit cards, stop talking trash to save your face.

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro etc all have debit and credit cards, whatever function a credit card can do a debit can do, just that your payments wont be authorized on debit card if you dont have funds in there, The FUNCTION Serves the same.

Just like Pataki said, its either you are an illegal immigrant in the EU and cant open a bank account or you have a criminal/fraudulent record attached to your name, it shouldn't be that hard opening a bank account and getting a debit or credit card especially for a forum owner like you.
