A quick google search shows your device has 512MB of RAM.
You have too many apps. Uninstall some apps.
Hint: Uninstall redundant apps: apps that perform the same function.

Too many background apps that are not really necessary slow down your phone's performance.

Go to "Settings", click on "Apps", scroll right to "Running Apps". You'll see all the background apps that are currently running in your phone. Click on the ones you don't need, then close them. Good luck
