I just want to say that whether online or paper, take your application seriously. Include as many documents as you can. I have seen online denials for what can be considered very good applications same way I have seen approvals for some 'one kind' applications. There are so many variables considered by the VOs.

Example- My colleague's sponsor had 2.8 and he had 800k. No landed property. He applied via paper in june 13 and he is in canada as I speak. Apparently his supervisors included a letter for the application and emailed the cic in addition. A friend with a higher SOA, landed property plus job and family was recently denied online route. He said he spoke to an immigration lawyer in canada who advised him to take the paper route and write a details letter almost like an appeal and include documents and pictures.
No one can truly say what the VOs are looking for.

So far the main and clear advantage of online is that you know where you stand early and can plan your life accordingly instead of waiting 4 months.

Sleek5: @jadapinkett everything I submitted was originals. I know u just want to be realistic, being realistic is relative, u sound like u are so sure I will be denied...there's no need for such negativity right nw, God hand na him he dey. Well, its a company and moni comes in and goes out...total credit and debit of one of the SOA was 219M and 217M altogether and the other one too good cash flow. The tax certificate showed it had total turn over of 617M last year and there's share certificate I submitted to. Frm the past threads I read, there hv been people who used company sponsorship and got their trvs, Aihewia was sponsored by a law firm and frm wat she submitted, nt all that but she was called for medicals and was only requested she submit proof of ther own funds(her personal statement).

Sleek5: to the experienced people in the house, please i need this my application documents to be analysed. I wish i joined this thread earlier before anything. For someone a comapany is sponsoring and submitted the following documents below, is the application ok?:

I am going for human resource management program

Payment of half of tuition, 6K500 by my company and was stated in the affidavit
Affidavit of Support by the company
letter of sponsorship by the company
letter of introduction by the company
letter stating why they are sponsoring me(training and development in human resource management), since i work as an HR officer
company's tax clearnce for the past three years
Company's certificate of registration
company's memorandum of association
company shares certificate, the one they call form C07
evidence of business activities of the company
company's two bank statements (2M and 6M respectively)
Indemnity/bond that my employer made me sign and was certified in court against default, neglect or loss by the company if i dont return to the company.
i submitted my employment letter and payroll for the past six months

Then me, i submitted all academic documents and visa forms. I studied international studies as first degree.

Please Ogas help me analyze the above and my chance of success. Thanks ya'll

ChriGo: ....Nna see lecture....I dey feel u pinket ....but seriously lets face the fact, online route doesnt need much packaging as such....once ur course is onpoint,ur SOA they okay, ur home tie strong then that should do it for the online route....greatheights who also went online route didnt even submit anything to prove home tie and still got medics...of which dem no born the dude well to try that with paper route ......canadian based VO's are really nice....

ChriGo: ......I do not have intentions to scare people with this biko.....cdhc said previously they are working on may 24 applicants and now may 30,31 applicants....i have noticed lately once that date has passed and an applicant file is not been treated on that said date it might result to something not good(please note i said might)....i have noticed two denials on this thread and anoda, a phone call few minutes ago....its quite sad after the long wait.....may 30,31 applicants should start praying hard oo....cuz once they pass that date and ur file hasn't been treated please take necessary actions and go online route before its too late for january session....the VO's themselves said the online route is not been treated in naija........I pray for the best......
