No he didn't. How much is the minimum wage under him?
Type ur question to google, I believe that's fair.
Isn't it?
If we ask u how much is minimum wage in ur state, we will find out it's not even up to 30k, u are all more interested in attàcks than being objective.

Nigerians earn the poorest income in the world. 2. He should have first increased minimum wage by 3 times
Nîgerià earn póór wages, that's true, I also agree wholesomely that minimum wage should be increased, I also say Nîgeriàns should invest in Nigeria, the average Nigerian just like the politicians don't think about what to give to their society, but they bIame polîticians, that's why I will never side with Nîgeriàns in discussions like this.
I have felt first hand the impact of the attitude of the average Nigerian, they are not worth fîghtîng for.
They want suffèr, I will second anything that will make them sûffèr until they Iearn.

Which struggle, a person who does 12hrs daily shift for 5 days and rests for 2 days and comfortably meeting up with his bills is struggling? cheesy cheesy cheesy

This minimum wage is one which an immigrant that can't communicate much in English language can easily do...packing bananas in small nylon bag and sealing them sealing tape, packing potato chips into cartons, sorting out parcels etc.

Not to talk of soft work like some support worker's role where your own is just to be observing a client while they sleep and get paid £13.50/hr

Maybe those doing the below jobs that don't even need one to attend university, also need to do extra jobs in Nigeria to survive! cheesy cheesy cheesy
The jobs u listed above, were they provided by the government?
This shows u the guIf between the way the cîtîzèns of those country u are mentioning think and the average Nigerian cîtîzèn think.
Góvèrñment should spoon feed u, meanwhile if we find out now, we will realize ur state government has not even implemented the 30k minimum wage but ur problem is FG.

When you say 90%, do you have the stat?
Lagos, Abuja, Warri, PH, Kano... These cities population alone is over 10% of the total populace. Here in Lagos, I doubt you'll see any good 2 bedroom flat for 500k talkless 3 bedroom

Please, get your facts right. Nigerian politicians are the highest paid in the world while the citizens are the least paid. Maybe you can justify that too
Nigèriàñ cîtîzèns have all the right to become politicians, just like Tinubu, Obi, Atiku and Sowore has the right to contest, u also have the right to contest, the energy u all use in complaining for decades should be channelled into making changes in the society, many of u complaining can't even run an office properly.
So tell me, where did the post I quote get their statistics to say "on average", u do average without statistics and u are asking me for statistics?
I have tons of Urban areas I will take u through and u will see the houses described above for less than 500k.

Where did you get this statistics that whooping 90% of Nigerians pay 500k for 3 bedroom flat? Obviously, you are in interms with recent rent rates unless you are talking about 90% in rural areas.
Where did u get ur statistics to come up with the average?
U didn't do statistics and u came up with average and now u are asking me about statistics?
Over 50% of Nigeria live in Urban areas, less than 20% pay over 500k for the house u described above.

We both have examples, don't we?

Can state government pay them?
A state that owns a police force they can't pay is a risk for it's residents.

Shut up and stop being a fool. Pay Nigerians that minium wage in the US and they won't have any problem in paying any tax you introduce
Nigèriàñs should own industries and businesses that US cîtîzèns own within their country and grow the economy before demanding the minimum wage of US.
It's fair isn't it?

You are busy showing off ignorance while forming intellectual.

Compare it to the UK, where when you are age 23 or over you can't be paid less than the national minimum living wage of £10.42 per hour, for a 23 year old who lives and works in Coventry, 60 hrs per week earning £652, after necessary deductions he should be going home with at least £500 weekly and that is about £2,000 monthly. He pays the rent for his room, £500(bills inclusive), monthly health insurance of about £90, food for £150, Monthly bus pass for unlimited bus travel within West Midlands that covers Coventry, Birmingham etc for £55, clothing, footwear and toiletries £300, phone subscription £25, hanging out £150......Oya, now compare him with a Nigerian graduate earning the minimum wage of N30,000 monthly.
U just displayed great intelligence, yet they are strûggIïñg to pay their bills.
U should made it all 18 year old, 23 is too small.
They take up multiple jobs to meet up with life demands, I keep telling u guys, there are better ways to make demands in ur society.
All u can talk about is minimum wage from month to month.

Can u mention someone in the USA that's not doing multiple jobs that's living better than someone with minimum wage in Nigeria?
Tinubu is just 3 months in office, the talk is not about Tinubu, it's about the way most of u Nigèriàñs reason. Tinubu didn't make minimum wage 30,000 did he?

Are you saying that house rent in Nigeria is cheap? Please stop that nonsense.

30K minimum wage whereas 3 bedroom flat on average is 1 million naira per annum.

The impact of housing is majorly felt in the big cities with a lot of out of state residents. Other wise most people across Nigeria live in their own or family houses.

Roughly all taxes and bills are like half of your income. You still have a very good half to save flex and invest.

You people should stop being wicked.

Why is there subsidy for import in the first place...because we have no working refineries.

The amount spent on subsidies per month is more than enough to build refineries.

You can lie to yourself and the people but the truth is already catching up with you and you and your masters will have no place to hid when the country grinds to a full halt soon.

That time there will be no where to run to as the people will start looking for politicians to physically deal with.

Make una continue.
90% of Nigeria rents a 3 bedroom flat for less than 500k, so where does your average come comes from or you don't know what an average is?
First and foremost, I have no master, I'm not even registered in any political party, u all have been making nóísé about physically dealing with polîticians for ages and I'm wondering the day u will act.
Or u kèép talking as usual?

English is really simple, we're advanced in comparison with your nation and most nations in Africa, I gave you examples (Literacy, healthcare, sanitation, electricity, water, infratruccture_, etc, etc, and you're still hellbent on telling me about unemployment..!! We're still the most industrialized and most advanced nation in Africa with that problem.

There have been instances in the same advanced countries where lootings occuring, why? because in the same advanced countries, different social classes exist and these are the hallmarks of capitalism. I can give you numerous examples where there were lootings in places like the UK, the US, etc, etc easily

You clearly do not understand analogies do you? I did not compare the US with SA, I compared situations between the countries, difference!

No country is made of mostly drug users, not even Colombia.. that's like saying most of Nigerians are cultists and scammers

The GDP per capita simply means on average a South African is better off than an average Nigerian
On avèràge a Sóûth Africàñ is better off than an average Nigerian but the average Nigerian doñ't loot to survive while the average South Africàñ loot to survive, who is better off?
Ur literacy that's like that of a secondary school graduate here?
LOL.
Nîgeriàn students represent universities in Nigèria during international competitions, the mostly come out tops.
Ur country with it's profound literacy never make it out to prove how literate they are.
English is actually your problem not mine.
If ur country is so advanced, it shouldn't be facing problems other Africàñ countries are facing, it's simple to understand isn't it?
Ur country is the most industrialized in Africa right?
Industries generate employment, why is ur country wallowing in high rate of unèmpIóymèñt?
The avèràge Sóûth Africàñ u meet online is jobIess.
Industrialization should eradicate this, why is it there?
U are not advanced like u want to make urselves believe.
Deal with it, the only advanced part of Africa are North African countries, the average South Africàñ lives in a shack, a sübstáñdárd house and feels comfortable, the average Nîgeriàn living in the kind of houses u are living there feels he is not doing well.

You're raising unemployment and gun violence to counter the fact we aren't a failed state, I'm using the US as an example that even with vices we're still a great nation! Never claimed we're a best nation

Corruption, bad governance, etc these aren't exclusive to Africa

The cold hard fact though is that in comparison with Nigeria and most African nations, we're still a far advanced nation...(water, sanitation, Infrastructure, healthcare, literacy, life expectancy, GDP per capita even with our epileptic electricity) wink
U are far advanced yet u are wallowing in unemployment?
LOL.
Ur GDP per Capita didn't lift ur country from being the most miserable country in Africa, did it?
Advanced countries don't Ióót people's shops to sûrvîve, do they?
