It's all fun until it gets to cross examination and a lawyer is off camera feeding his witness with answers and you as a party or lawyer can't do shit about it, simply because neither you nor d Judge can see outside the webcam's Vision

Or

A lawyer feigns bad network and cuts off the video conferencing when he notices his witness being battered under cross examination or other court proceeding, or even when he as Counsel is in a tight spot in the case...

Last last, nothing beats eyeball to eyeball interaction in sitautions like these..
