Not only did i experience freezing during the chelsea vs burnley match, i have been experiencing freezing on it since last week no matter the station i am watching any idea to solve this stability issues will be greatly appreciated. That's true for all code 45 this evening, it was really bad, but everything I said about my own queen means am enjoying it cos am using a modem, so I advice you get a modem too, cos except for the general problem it had during the Chelsea game I have been reli enjoying my Qsat. Since yours is also code 45, you should pay close attention to my comment cos I would often tell you when there are issues with it so you don't worry that much, but for now get yourself a modem so you can enjoy some degree of stability like I am enjoying.

Even if u have the latest software for ur Qsat, look for the software and install it on your Qsat again, if u want all your settings and channels to remain thesame, backup your setting and restore the setting after you have finished the upgrading of the Queen.

Let's see, have I really missed anything this season? Not really, thanks to the Queen, I watch the last 10minutes of Man U's game, the Man City game, Liverpool game, Arsenal game, Everton's game, today Chelsea's game and also a little of Barca's game with Leon, I don't think am actually loosing out, the Queen remains in its throne, haters should pipe down!!!!!!!

I don't knw about the doom some are talking about, for once I wasn't happy with my qsat, that is for the Chelsea Burnley match, the freeze rate was too much, but all these while, the highest freeze rate I have had when viewing a live match is 3 in an entire match, that surely is good value for money, so what's the DOOM people are talking about?

Adned28: Yes what you just said is true and am experiencing the same issue on my Q23G nilesat.Code 43...Working but not stable.I have reboot it so many times but still the same,i hope not just us,i am sure other too are having the same issues.

For the Qsat that has stability issues try to get the code your Qsat has, pls mention the first 2 digits, so I can find out if it is just yours that has that problem or is a general problem.

According to my calculations, am using 50 naira for 4 days with my modem, am using an mtn sim, but if I recharge 100 and am given 15mb, both the 15mb and the 100 should last me up to 3 weeks.

What network mode are u using? Is it gprs or a modem? I wrote something on your Qsat not working earlier, look for it on this page 48! A very good solution to Qsat problems most people don't know about is "REBOOT" just simply REBOOT your queen till you get what you want, and as you do so change your SIMs

I'm afraid to buy the modem n refuse to work for my 23g.

am using the q23 you are talking about, and my modem is working seamlessly, i have talked on how to resolve "MY qsat saying no dongle found issue" besides, if your gprs is working well for you dont bother yourself. Am just saying I THINK the queen would b more stable with a modem, i dont experience what a lot of people are complaining of about the queen except there is a general server problem like this morning.

am using a glo netpro modem, i have cracked it, am using an mtn sim with 50 naira in it for the past 4 days, recently the queen stop collect airtime or mb from mtn when used in a modem. The queen is now very stable, 30 minutes without a hitch.

Currently watching ss3, sunday premier league review, but not too stable though, patience is a virtue, if you are not patient please dont use queen!

Queen back on track, if yours is not running turn off your queen and turn it on again, i noticed that it takes like 4 to 5 reboots for the queen to show welcome to server, so if yours does not show it for d first time you have to restart your queen again. I continue to say pls use a modem, dont use direct sim! Mine is code 45

if it works well with gprs but does not accept a modem, you have to update your firmware to make it start seeing dongle devices/modems

You can get a modem for 4000 or 5000 this days, is best though you look for modems that can be cracked cos most modem this days are uncrackable, like the one am using is glo netpro, the usb wifi adapter should be around 1500 at most.

If you are using mtn on a modem, migrate to mtn supersaver+ you are given 15mb weekly on 100 naira recharge, that should be more than enough for 2-3 weeks.

[color=#006600][/color]By default, if you have a qsat 11g decoder, it comes with an antenna that does not see wifi networks, you have to change that antenna, that is buy a new one that supports wifi, if you have other qsat decoders like q23g, you have to buy a usb wifi adapter so that you can see the network you generated.

Nothing is easy my guy, you need to use a long spoon to din with the devil, compared to the price you need to pay for premium tv, all you need to do to enjoy free football is quite little! it can not be compared

are you using a gprs network, 3g or modem?

jahstech: If your modem stopped working on your qsat, all you need to do is put a flash drive into your qsat, if you have the latest software for your decoder copy it into the flash drive, now go to usb aspect of your qsat, if you are very observant you will notice that there are some options below when you have selected the flash drive, one of the options includes backing up the current database or settings of your decoder, i think the FAV key does that, after you have backed up your database, now run the latest software for your decoder you have on the flash, after it installs successfully, your modem should start working again.After you finish the installation you can also go back to the flash drive to restore you previous database, because the upgrade would erase everything you had previously, but with the aid of the database you backed-up you wont have to be setting up your qsat from the scratch, but you will have to activate the xcam account again. note you should use generator during all this process else you would end up with a dead decoder if nepa take light!!!!!!!!!!!

Guys i just observed myself that if you want to really enjoy the queen you have to use a modem, wifi or lan connections, mine with code 455 has been blazing, am using a modem with mtn sim, i just changed it to gprs using the same mtn sim, but it has refused to welcome to server. so modem is the best way out before epl starts, get one for your queen so you can enjoy her.
