"HD"MI is for HD channels, if you don't have HDMI cable you can watch and enjoy HD channels, guy you can't compare HDMI cable with your normal 3 pin cable, when you watch HD channels with HDMI no body go tell you, but for now I don't think any of the HD channels is working on the Queen.

But if you are truly serious about unlocking it I said the person should sent me the IMEI number, it would cost you some few bucks. Thnks.

sirjake: I had the same problem with a q23. Upgraded but still persisted. Software issue? yes that's possible but not always. Sometimes even factory reset can do the magic. He needs to try out the solutions suggested. Hopefully, one is gonna work. Thanks.

But if it does not boot to the screen how would 1 do the factory reset?

I just confirmed that your problem is a hardware problem, I mean for the guy with the LOAD problem. Your "crystal oscillator" has been damaged and has to be changed or replaced, a software or SIM card replacement won't solve the problem, in most cases people with a case like yours end up buying a new Qsat decoder, sorry dude, you have been BUSTED!!!

Try restarting the decoder till it comes up, if it eventually comes up make sure you load a new software on it, if it does not come up post it

Guys, those of Us when use AZSKY before can you compare what you are enjoying now from the Queen with any other dongle or IKS decoder?

Forget the little down time, when Queen dey work e dey deliver die!!! Would never regret what I spent on the Queen even if the premier channels go off today cos like some1 said before on this thread, people should not forget that the Queen is also a FTA decoder!!!

xtratagem: can I use cccam account with edge network? I read it somewhere that I would be banned if I do so.

CCCAM service is a very delicate service, you are advised not to use 2g network because of network stability, if you network is not stable and your IP address changes too frequently, they would suspect you are sharing the account with someone else and ban your account, that is why you are advised to use a 3G network which is more stable, and only one IP is used most of the time when you are connecting via a 3G network, if you are using a modem for your Qsat you can confirm what am telling you, just take note of your IP every time your modem connects.
