1: After recouping your investment, you still continue to get your weekly returns since the truck is yours. Unless you wish to drop it for installmental payment arrangement

2:accumulative repairs for the week below #2500 is handled by our company. 1-time monthly servicing of 16k is handled by you.

3: I don't understand what you mean by 'totalled'

4: yes we have financial records

Is this going same way as what we witnessed with you (Brabus vs Ahonohai ) about 2 years ago?
May I please ask what exactly is Brabus qualification or certification that qualify you as a building contractor.
For how long can you possibly continue this TRIAL and ERROR kind of business and messing people hard earn money all over the place.?

Quite unfortunate! Oga brabus, with due respect I dare said you drifted into Building Industry. I ve long had this question ask by FLORIDACAR in mind because some of ur work(NOT ALL) was questionable

To start with, now you intend to justify yourself by even exposing your wrongdoing. I stand to be corrected, that very tall columnn suppose have to archor with beam to the structure but left isolated. why?

Secondly, the beam in decking in critical, why this gap for ur stirrup?


Thirdly, Bros, u see things doest done anyhow, even if my assumption is right, their is no big deal drifted from one industry to another, I know of a Lawyer who is now Building Constractor but you need to take time to learn. This ur projection here is carrying the load of 9'' block and u treat the return iron like this!

Above all, I ve once ask this question from you, can you pls present ur Structural design that indicates u should do ur reinforcement in this manner for a story building to carry load, even in loose soil environment.

jaydacorsair: This mistake that was made is not from Brabus. I am not trying to protect him, Tho he bleeped up in some areas. The guy he gave this project to supervise left the job also and the iron-bender did a wrong job by reducing the size of the columns. This has cost money and also time for us to get pass this stage. So far we have used 45 tons of granite and we haven't floored the dpc yet.

As if I knew this will turn to beef and mudslinging in the end. One thing is for sure: not everyone ffing this thread is happy that Brabus got the contract to build this house. It is evident from the rants from some folks here( I won't mention names so as not to derail the thread)

Brabus, I am fully with you on this. First, you were not the person in charge of the drawing and structural design of the house. You went ahead with the drawing given to you and we all discovered that there is a mistake in the block type DESIGNED for foundation blocks. Lesson learnt: you didn't brush aside the mistake. This shows you are ready to learn and move forward

Secondly: you accepted to build this house on lesser budget to what the first contractor gave out and you were not out to change design. So it is possible for the type of mistake you made.

The owner of this house should be thankful this his house is subjected to professional scrutiny on here and should not place any blame on brabus.I'm certain Brabus will make the best correction and you shall be happy at the end. Let a builder or a building specialist who has not made an error come and cast the first stone!

Even if the client should attend to them, it still doesn't make sense!!! It is still an unwarranted expenses on their budget.
These urchins aren't legal and the way they brand dere machete and dangerous weapons freely on streets is worrisome.

In Eti-osa association officials are sometimes there to harass you especially when they know you are from abeokuta. the only time we did not have issue with them was when our trucks were used for one of lagos state project and we were given identification boards to place infront of our trucks
