Hey, don't say that. Nigeria is bigger than any individual or group and I believe the President is doing his best to restore normalcy.

The problem with using force/military to quell an internal crisis of this nature is that the action of the military is mainly defensive, they respond only to attacks. The reason being that the rebels are our brothers and the need to avoid collateral damage. The rebels know this principle very well and that is why they are more daring.

My concern in the matter is, why is Boko Haram still looking for what is already existing? Sharia has been in the North even before their agitation started.

Boko Haram is being sponsored by some faceless individuals and organizations who have political grudges with the govt of the day, and are bent on destabilizing the country because the Northern peoples mantra of "To rule Nigeria is the birthright of the North" has been broken.

Sharia practice that they are asking for is already being implemented in the North. So why are they still killing and maiming innocent persons here and there.

My conclusion is that they are politically motivated, to disrupt the govt of the day as promised by some northern political zealots.
