I need this advise because I'm planning to settle down soon. I hear stuffs like cholerics tend to be bossy and I don't want to lose my position as the man. How do you advise me to cope?

Yeah, please advise;

Every other temperaments easily get me irritated but the cholerics steer me up positively. I feel sharpened and highly motivated whenever I'm around a choleric.

I was in a committed relationship up till about January 9, 2013 when the lady backed out of the relationship for reasons best known to her (she refused to disclose the reason to me).

I moved on with my life but it wasn't easy. In the relationship we had earlier agreed we would get married this year December and I have personally planned I was gonna get a 3BR apartmeny.

As God would have it for me, I have a brand new 3BR apartment. When I was to meet with the agent and then the landlord, I had to go there with a female friend so I'm not seen as an irresponsible man or probably give the apartment to another couple.

Between my female friend and myself, it's obvious we are not getting married to each other because she is year two in the University and I'm 35.

My challenge now is this. I'll be moving in this week and neighbours will probably be asking after my Intended. In fact, the agent asks after the lady almost every time saying, 'what of madam?'

I want people with good heart to talk to me. I want to settle down as a responsible family man-no games at all.All I need is a responsible real lady.

I need elderly advise.

THIRD MAINLAND BRIDGE
The recent maintenance/repair work going-on on Third Mainland Bridge was ordered by the Federal Government as a result of a report produced by a company experienced in underwater surveys. The content of the report was to the effect that the underwater metal casing housing the concrete on and the concrete pile on which the bridge stands have rotted away totally. This accounts for the vibration experienced between Adeniji Adele and Adekunle FAjuyi portions of the bridge.
The implication of all of this is that Third Mainland Bridge, between Adeniji Adele and Adekunle FAjuyi, is on the verge of collapsing and requires comprehensive work to be carried out on the foundation. Although several billions have been allocated for the current repairs, only the expansion joints are being repaired. Obviously, corruption has taken its toll on the conscience of our leaders. They are willing for human lives to be lost in exchange for a few extra bucks.
Third Mainland Bridge is a time bomb; the plan is to re-open the bridge for use by November 26 for full usage. But that bridge cannot serve human beings in this condition. We are about to embark on a massive loss of lives. We have heard about plane crashes; what we are setting ourselves up for is far worse than Plane crashes. Imagine the bridge collapsing on a Monday morning when 3 million people are on their way to work in the commercial nerve center of West Africa. The disaster is best imagined.
This is a call for world support. This is a cry against mass murder in exchange for personal prosperity. Nigerians want comprehensive work done on the foundation of Third Mainland Bridge and a proper overhaul of all our bridges in Nigeria.
Nigeria can only live long when there are surviving human beings in the territory. Babatunde David

I have just been appointed as the Accountant for an HMO which never had an Accountant. By that I mean, there has never been an accounting system in place. I will resume duties by October 4, 2010 and as a reult, I will be expected to begin to put things in order.

I have acquired not less than 7 years practical experience. I was fully inducted into memebership of the Institute last November. As a result of the controversy in the labour market about B.Sc or no B.Sc., I sat for the entrance examination of the DLI of the UNILAG and eventually, I was amongst other successful candidates for a course in Accounting (direct entry).

The major challenge I have, however, is that I am in a straight in-betwixt: I am not earning up to 100k where I work presently. And even when I succeed at securing another job, I am afraid I may not have the time to go for Residential eventually when the time comes later this year. The Residential is an arrangement by the University authority to have all part-time students available on campus for atleast 6 weeks. I am entitled to 4 weeks where I work presently and I will not be entitled to that if I assume another duty elsewhere immediately.

I cannot continue with this salary I am earning. I am scared of keeping a relationship that will lead to marriage even though I am not keeping one now. I am planning to get married in less than 2 years. I want to leave my parents place and also have a place of my own so that I can atleast keep a meaningful relationship with the lady I would love to marry. I am just curious about this and I will be happy if any one can enlighten me on what it takes to secure a job with the internal audit department of a bank (Zenith or Intercontinental bank). Apart from what I know that the candidate must have qualified as a Chartered accountant and prior work experience in a firm of Chartered accountants; will the candidate be required to sit for a written aptitude test?[color=#006600][/color]
