I believe she is reluctant to learn because of the environment and because she sees no reason to learn. I mean her parents are there to provide all her needs and she has been told that as a woman all you need to do is go to school, get a certificate, get a job and get married. so you see where the problem lies (it is not actually a problem).

Try to see things from her side and not from your side then things will be easier... You can even start small by teaching her Microsoft packages like MSword, excel and coreldraw, from there she will be open to more opportunities. or you can get your sister to stay with you and help cajole her into learning how to make hair, she will easily pick up... Whatever you want her to learn should be for her benefit and not just yours (and not because you want an enterprising woman), this way she will learn faster and accept to learn..

Remember to try to see things from her side

Don't mind any guy insulting her because of sex or because she is mummy's pet, these guy will be the first to gist her once both of you split... That is how guys rolls

Thank you once again Sir... I have some handwork I do... I decorate, am a chef, I even own a laundry business and I also manage a petrol station... Each time I get a contract( let's say in decoration) and I call her to come and learn, or even to assist me, she'll be reluctant to learn...

1. You said she is mummy and daddy's pet. Is she the last born or the first born or the only child. If she is either any one of these then there is no problem being a mummy's and daddy's pet, she is a girl for goodness sake. You can simply decide that when you guys get married that all that will stop. The only real problem should be if she starts allowing her parents decision to dominate the relationship.

2. What is wrong with you sef, are you forcing her to be who she isn't. Her parents have trained her to rely on them and she has been like that for 20 years and just because she is with you for just 3 years you want to change all that. My friend, don't bring your poverty mentality close to her but think differently, her parents provide for her so she has no need to seek out enterprises. She told you that it is her nature which is totally true and as her bf, you are supposed to respect that. Then take it upon yourself to coach her in any handwork you want her to learn, stop advising her and expecting her to do it, that is not how she was trained. Instead, explain the reasons to her and put in painstaking hours to make sure she learns something, that is what lovers do (na you talk say you love am just now)

3. Young man, you can't expect a woman to be romantic except you bring out that side of her. Have you ever seen Nigerian girls asking a boy out... I advise you to not put sex on your mind too much because if you make her do it against her will, it will change your relationship forever. Instead, behave like a lover and not like a pussy, teach her how to be romantic, teach her how to feed you, pet you and cuddle you just the same way you do to her... I taught my ex how to suck dic.k and she became a pro before we broke up, so its up to you...

4. Dont' force her into the streets because you are a street guy, if you do, my guy, you will not be able to control her ever again.. Right now, I don't expect you to have marriage on your mind or expect it to weigh you down. She isn't forcing you to get married to her, but just suggesting and you can also decide to marry her in 5 years time or 10 years time, she will wait. Please stop behaving like a pussy.

Hello guys...

There's this lady we started dating in July 2015 ( while we were undergraduate) and we are heading towards our 3rd year together. She's a well behaved, disciplined girl. She's very nice to me and always assist me whenever I need something while we were in school. In fact, she possess all the good qualities a lady should have. #WifeMaterial. But the problem are as follows.

1. Ever since I've known her, she's a mummy's and daddy's pet, Always carrying her parents along with whatever that's happening to her life. Though, the mom is aware that she's in a relationship with me,but I've not met her in person neither have we talked on the phone.

2. Our backgrounds are different, I come from a poor home where I have to train myself at school, learnt many handwork and improved myself. I'm an enterprising guy. But for three years now, I've been Begging her to learn something, but she'll always give excuses telling me that she'll learn soon till date, she never learn anything. As an enterprising guy that I am, I wish to marry an enterprising lady, but her none enterprising skills is turning me off, rather she wants a 9-5 government Job.

3. Though she's been with me in my hard times, and for three years now, I never had sex with her. In which other ladies will come around and give me sex. Well, am not pissed about the fact that she did not giving me sex, but I'm pissed that she's not romantic at all (Even to hug her nah sin). I happen to be a street guy while growing up, but she's "AN OMO GET INSIDE" type of child. These background difference has caused a lot of commotion between us. Besides, she's not strong physically and She'll fall weak at the slightest of stress( she's not a sickler patient)

4. I've discussed all these with her, but she's not telling me that she'll improve, rather she's telling me that its her nature. She even have a lot of things to learn from the streets. Meanwhile, she want us to get married on time in the next 3-4 years whereas me I can't rush into marriage because I want to take Care of my mother and siblings at least.

Conclusively, I love the girl because she's a good and well behaved girl but its as if she's good to me, but not good for me... PLS I NEED MATURED ADVICE ONLY....

The Ondo state government has debunked claims of an alleged plan to increase the tuition of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko from N40, 000 to N200, 0000.

The government also declared its readiness to pay tertiary institutions’ students of the state origin their outstanding bursary and scholarship this year.

Olowolabi explained that funds meant to settle the student’s bursary and scholarship have already been provided in this year’s budget.

The government spokesperson dismissed insinuations that the present administration in the state was engaging in anti-people education policies.

Mr whoever you are... I was with the SUG president and other principal officers in the school and they made it clear that we are gonna pay #200k tuition fee... Even Aketi said it when he came for the university convocation... At least he stopped legacy of free health, free education just to mention a few which was the achievement of his predecessor.... Gov Akeredolu will even boast that he's not going for second term so he will do as he likes

According to reports, The sad incident happened at Cosmila Hotel. It was gathered that the deceased, identified as Ezekwe Jideofor John, who was celebrating the birthday of his course mate, had 250 in the UTME he wrote, last Friday.

Today, being Thursday 15th, March 2018, we had a closed-door meeting which lasted for over 5 hours with the Chairman Governing Council of Adekunle Ajasin University concerning the proposed school fee review.

In the meeting, we had a long-term discussion, which involved arguments, disagreements, understanding and other things of such, which majored on the basis that the school fee should not be increased.

In the meantime, we have been made to realize, by this meeting, that the Governor in person of Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu only entertains a proposition of a minimum of *Two Hundred Thousand Naira (#200,000)*, which the Students Union leaders frankly disagreed with.

A lot of time passed as we engaged in arguments and analysis of reasons why the state government should continue its good deed in maintaining the present affordable amount paid by the Students of Adekunle Ajasin University. However, the Pro Chancellor/ Chairman Governing Council concluded that he would meet with the Governor, and relate our position and plea with him. Also he added that the Governing Council will be having a meeting with parents on *Thursday, 22nd of March 2018 at the university Obasanjo Multu purpose Hall. 11am.*

However with the above clearly stated and emphasized, the Students' Union insists with an unshaking or unrelenting stand that the school fee should not be increased.

We however implore all students of Adekunle Ajasin University to continue with trusting the capability and power of unity in our decision as we all stand together on the fact that our school fee needs no increment.

In unity we stand.
And divided we fall.

Hello, I have an issue with my DELL INSPIRON 15; 3000 series Laptop. Each time I plug my USB cord into the USB port, It usually charge my phone but won't recognise its storage... Most of the time when I want to send something from computer to my phone, I do use xender or Bluetooth and it usually waste time.. Pls help me out here, what can I do...

There is pandemonium at Ebonyi State University over one month power outage.

The students trooped out in mass to protest over the horrible power supply in the campus.

They blocked the road at ishieke junction which leads to the main campus which resulted to the total shut down of school activities. Our correspondent reports that police have arrested many students because of the protest after shooting sporadically.

It was around 6pm yesterday, while I was washing some cloths, my cousin ran to our house and started saying "Emma I don enter trouble oo.. chai, which kind life be this??"

In my mind I was thinking he got into problem with someone or probably lost his phone,I never knew it was more than that. He was sweating profusely, I then told him to calm down and tell me what the problem is

Thus he started.

"This afternoon mumsy told me to go and send some money to Bishop,as I was about entering the bank,one guy approached me and asked me if I know Where they sell *Goko cleanser* around Alaba/Suru that he's just coming down from Delta,he came to get the drug for his sick mum.I told him I don't know the place and entered the bank premises so one guy standing close to the ATM started asking me what the guy is saying and I told him. meanwhile he has already met with the guy outside but on approaching him(the second guy) he started shouting ..."I don't have money..leave me" and the guy left him and was loitering outside the bank.

Note: The guy said he has 1.3m to buy the medicine

"So the guy at the ATM now said we should go and show him the place and that the medicine is not sold up to that amount so we can get the money and share the remaining later.so I followed them.We got to one old man's house around Agudu and the guy said we should greet the Baba with respect that he is very powerful which we did.

"They now said I should bring out my phone and every other thing I have and hand it to them I did I was told...handed over to them

she started running like mad woman looking for her son to know what's wrong she even went to the bank that they were making the withdrawals and met the security men there, complained to them of what's happening but they told her to go back that its late. Tomorrow she should go to one branch at Ikeja and complain

Meanwhile I was trying every means possible to block the Pin all to no avail,I checked my Quickteller app,the change pin there isn't bringing any other option when clicked.

I remembered UBA once sent me number of one of there staff as my personal manager,I immediately searched for the message,got the number and called the guy to know if at least he knows anyone in First bank that I can reach since he works with UBA and the bank in question is First bank. Sadly he said no but I should make use of Google to search for First bank's customer care contact of which I did.
I called the number I saw

What I heard was "Welcome to first bank blah blah blah...if you want to be serviced in English press one....e.t.c(My airtime was reading oo) I then pressed 0 waiting to be connected to a care agent...now second world war began.For over 5 mins nobody picked up and my airtime finished.

I Copied the Fb page address I saw,sent them message,I was hoping they will reply asap cause they made a post just a minute before I messaged them all to no avail

I resorted to mailing them,I think that's what they got and eventually blocked the card cause I called back the customer care after recharging since they didn't reply my mail and she said it seems the card has already been blocked cause she can't see it from her own end.
just like that my Aunty lost about 200+k yesterday in this Buhari regime

P.s Is there anyway we can track the criminals,maybe going to the bank on Monday to get the CCTV footage cause the boy said he can recognise one of them very well?
