Hi guys. I’ve been trying for a while now to get a place around Ogun state (Ijebu- Epe axis). And each time I see a legit land (after investigation) , I’ll go ahead and chart the place, but it will come back as acquired land.
What I’ll always get is that it’s located 1.5Km from the road and that place has been acquired by the government for their own development.

I’m also hearing that Ijebu ode to Epe road has been committed for industrial development.
I am tired of searching, what do y’all advise
