It's so sad honestly, whatever the issues are, they should have an override or something, or a remote way one can access his account. It's no longer funny again. I chat them up almost everyday, I even call for long minutes at times, all have been futile.

contact them through live chat...tell them you have tried the reset password link sent to your email. they will send a working link to you.

note: copy the error message that was displayed whenever you try the reset password link and send to them.

If you have a domain for sale lets say a domain on Soccer, just go on youtube and download Ronaldo's videos or that of Messi, edit the video and add a text saying: Watch Full video check www.yourDomainNAme . com

STEP2: Join Barcelona and Juventus groups on FB with over 30k members. You will see enough groups to join.

3: Post the videos on these groups with a litlle write up like "Watch the best of CR7..blablabla" you grab?

If you post gets approved in like 6 of such groups with over 30k members...alot will visit your domain name to watch more vidz but will see that your domain is up for sale.

You never can tell, a soccer fanatic might just end up buying that domain name.


Apply this technique to any niche tied domain and see the result. e.g. Health related domain...just download ehealth videos on youtube and share on health groups on fB

I tested this technique yesterda on my domain Rergy . Com that is listed on SH and the number of views is massive 627 as at 3mins ago.

I did that already but when I get to the final stage after resetting the password it shows me "Sorry, something went wrong try again later" I am tired because I have over 7 domains there.

still chat the support up and tell them what you experienced when trying to do password reset. they will surely provide a solution

Please house what is the fastest way to get a reply from Netsol, I've not had access to my account for sometime now, keeps asking me for security questions and when I get to the last page, it shows "'oh we are sorry....."

I got the mail too, and I've been trying to change my password with any luck. I spent over 20 mins with the customer care rep earlier today, yet no solution. Was told it would be escalated to another dept. I'm tired.

I had similar issue too , no reset password link worked. the support I chatted with had to send a new link...wish I could remember his name. only few of the supports knows their way around password reset link.
