if you are not in Nigeria and you have a PayPal account with fund in it, you can go ahead, else you connect your debit card to the PayPal account and use it to make payment.

I was also an inch close to closing a dot net deal yesterday , the end user responded that his SEO guy told him not to buy any domain names except dot com

tell him " the domain can be forwarded to his existing website to capture some prequalified leads from people who types in the domain in to their browser",

Paycrack sounds nice but the issue with brandables is that apart from sounding nice,the two words must sync.

You got the "Pay" part right but you need the other part to sync. Someone here sold payarc on brandbucket.

Lastly : list it on sedo Etc you never can tell . With brandables anything is possible.

on expireddomains, set filter to .net and .org taken or only .org taken , only .net taken....then I look for the search volume above 1k.
then search
after that I use gut feelings to decide whether to reg or not.

Late last year I saw a guy that sold nameparrot in king on namejet, I quickly start my research on how to register a name that include parrot as one of the keyword, luckily for me namecheap was about starting their $0.88 promo, fast forward I register a name designparrot n king and I was happy, I know for sure that name will sell for at least $69 if I lost it on namejet, but on this faithful day I was browsing through and i saw a guy from here that sold ripplechain in king, on seeing that name I began a search on what ripple and possibly how to register a name with ripple keyword, but mind you i have decided not to use my money to register domain name again till make a breakthrough, so I need to sell one of my names to purchase the newly found domain...
I needed quick cash,so I threw my designparrot in king on auction here and I got a buyer for $12 or so, and the buyer helped me in registering this my newly sold name...

and also don't forget there is no lay down rule dat will 100% help make sales in outbound..wat works for one enduser might not work for another. so it is all about trial and error.

After following your advice by sending a follow up mail to all those whom I already sent the first mail to I got a first reply with $9 offer and a second reply with not interested and a third reply with d guy asking for the price...
The one with $9 offer I gave him a counter offer of $950
The one with not interested, I ignored and the one with price I gave him $500 using Oga iyke format of telling him that he can make me a close offer maybe we can have a deal.

Even if none came through I am happy for one thing that I have learnt that do not stop at the firts mail.
Do a follow up.
One more question, how many times do u do a follow up and from the first mail to the second mail how many days interval cos this one is like 14 days interval.
Your opinion sir..and if I finally sell this domain... I don't believe in tithe but I will pay my tithe to u.

If the person is not responding I follow up for about 4 - 5 times
the fifth times which would be my last follow up i always send this " I thought you might like to know that I have listed the domain name xxxxxhj.com at Godaddy.com for $wwww, you can go there and buy it. ( it works if they want the domain but are afraid of being scam, so they are comfortable with godaddy) I observed that after sending this the amount of view on the domain at godaddy increases.

but I have followed up up to six times if the person has showed interest before.

I follow up 2 days after the first mail.

then the subsequent ones are around 7 - 10 days , 1 month , 3 month to offering it for a low amount few days b4 expiration

my last outbound sale
I followed up the 3rd day buyer responded after 12 days
I have received most how much response , when I followed up 2 days after the first email( note , the working days I.e Tue, then thur) wed, then Fri)

I think its only when they read the previous one that you will need to send them the follow up mail.
Out of all the mails i sent only one person viewed it
here is what i now wrote to the person

I always follow up even if the tracker does not show whether it is read or not(.I think if they use image blocker or something similar), someone might not be able to track if the email was read by the recipient.
so I am an advocate of follow up even if "no read email was tracked"
