Hello Physicists! and every other person(s) in this thread. Actually in my 1st and only UTME last year I chose to study Civil Engr. in one of our Federal Universities Probably I didnt meet the Cut-off(the cut-oft wasnt published) for Civil Engr. I was offered Physics which I chose to study. I am now through with 100Level(2.1). I am interested in specializing in "Instrumentation & Control". My questions are: 1. How lucrative is that area of specialization. 2. How do i build myself to become a professional in the aforementioned. 3. What other area of Physics has higher prospects than the aforementioned. Thanks in advance. By the way, I am 17

Hostel electricity is almost 24/7...There is Wifi available in hostel too bt not too reliable...School hostel is fun too for the extroverts like me...but if u so cherish ur privacy off campus should be your choice

Starting from d 1st day of resumption...Registration procedure in funaab is like season film....you wont complete it in months

If its Wassce may/june you will get it from the school u did it, If its Wassce Nov/Dec(GCE) you will get it from WAEC office Ogba, Lagos

I guess a statement of result will suffice where the original cert. is not yet out/released. But if not I plead u get d original ASAP ....it may not be needed but it is better safe than sorry ...Stalytes,during ur clearance/reg was it d original or printout that was required ??

If your waec was 2015 Its only statement of result & online printout that would be required. But if Its 2014 downwards, the original certificate would be required. 2014 might be pardoned with statement of result&online printout though

The Stuff is Funaab is an Agric school. So 70% of the students don't like the course they are been offered. So, that makes Changing of department hard!

Unless You are given withdrawal P, and You have to change to Agric, its not always hard.

The summary of everything is that to Change from any Agric course to Colnas, Coleng, Colvet is very hard. But to change from all those mentioned Colleges to Colplant, Colamrud, Colerm , Colanim, is very easy. Trust me.

He has said it all...to also changr from colnas to coleng is very very very tough...changing frm a dept to another in colnas sef tough

Last year acceptance fee was 45k..sch fees was 32k and 42( engr. & Vet)

It depends on your department and your departmental mates...I am the HOC of my department. The HOC can be chosen through election or volunteering. If you volunteer to be the HOC and they all like you and feel you are capable then you are in. But if u have a competitor they might have to vote or consult your level adviser

Its extremely dangerous and deadly...Funaab wont give you time for that...With courses like MTS103&104(Prof. Agboola's courses) If you are not in class you've lost it, talk of practicals, CATs, GNS courses...In a nut shell..Its not advisable
