One dusk, I strolled down the endless alleys

Exhuming its fragile innocence-the heist of Eden
The flesh seeks most which opens Death's den
And its scythe strikes off from the cult of the living:
Copious liquor, cigar's fumes and all needless fussing.

The first host tempted best; and was worst of all
Danced a witless salsa like Jeptah's lone issue
Haughty she came with a new vanity to make tussle
Naughty and armed with little that whet lust
Dim wits, fallen tits but supple to conjure her deadly thrust
Was all she offered for me to cunTribute
To the city's whoring that conscience's voice mute
Which thirst razed with lust's embers the pale night
As Death deemed her tribute from who plow his site.
