Phones / Re: Airtel's Poor Data Service In Port Harcourt by JanWuya: 3:55pm On Dec 17, 2017
I once had an experience like this one. Though in Lagos. I think they have a way of resolving it. I got a call from some engineer after complaining on Twitter and the issue was resolved. You can reach out to them @Airtel_care for assistance.

I think that the best option is to reach their customer care handle on Twitter. That has always been my point of call when I have issues of any kind. You can reach them @airtel_care.

Phones / Re: Airtel Launches Unlimited Data Packages. See Prices & Codes by JanWuya: 4:05pm On Jul 17, 2017
Eyin temi, the Airtel unlimited data plan is valid for 30days but after using up to 40gb on the 10k plan browsing speed will be slightly slow, until the end of your data validity. You have a higher threshold for the larger plans, that is just the difference. Thank you Airtel for this wonderful offer . You're still the best network". ASHIRI…

Phones / Re: I Am Leaving Glo, But Confuse Between Etisalat & Airtel Network by JanWuya: 3:01pm On Jan 12, 2017
Telecommunications in Nigeria is still coming up compared to developed countries...

However, among them... Airtel is better and has been delivering.

The truth is all networks data zap very fast due to the fact that the speed of their internet is very fast and we tend to do more things online (hence, consuming more data).

Have you wondered why other network claiming to have 4G can't compare with Airtel's 3G...

I'll advise you move to Airtel... cos when they launch their 4G network... other networks will be totally useless.

you can't compare tortoise car to BMW.

Just dial *141# to view all their data plans.
Phones / Re: Airtel Mifi Fraud by JanWuya: 10:48am On Nov 10, 2016
I believe there has to be a mix-up somewhere. My advice is that you reach them on Twitter or Facebook. Those platforms are more reliable if you ask me. Their twitter handle is @Airtel_care and Facebook is simply Airtel Nigeria.
Nairaland / General / Re: Airtel- A Confused Network by JanWuya: 2:11pm On Oct 18, 2016
Naaaaaaaahhh Bro the plan is actually valid for 24 hours. This means that you cannot subscribe twice within 24 hours. You can reach Airtel on twitter via @Airtel_care.
Phones / Re: When Airtel Nigeria Ofers You 6gb Fr #1500. by JanWuya: 3:47pm On Aug 31, 2016
I think there is a bit of information missing. I happen to know that they bill 2k/Kb as against 1K/Kb, from the BBUM bundle when used on a non BB device. Android devices are designed to read at 1k/Kb, so it will show 6Gb as 3Gb. But you can still contact @airtel_care on twitter for clarity.
Phones / Re: Airtel Is A Very Useless Network by JanWuya: 9:03am On Aug 24, 2016
Guy you sure? You sure you were not responded to on twitter? Hmmm. The handle to reach is @airtel_care.
