Hi guys,A big shout out to every real and legitimate hustlers out there.i am here to share a well and careful research observation in this period of covid 19,and by the grace of God as we are marching towards a post covid era, it's eminent that people are going to experience a great different in the economy and there's bound to be job lost thus the unemployment rate will be going high.Even the government are beginning to setup modalities to assist in the pending challenge.
Before and during the lockdown what I did observe was there was hike in price of food stuff e.g garri,why I am choosing garri is that it cut across every class of home and it's a day to day consumables.

you will place the soil in the pot-big pot or drum, then set fire beneath and make sure every part is hot to high degree that can kill pathogens...likewise the plantain leaves, get dried plantain leaves and fold them into a pot or large drum depending on the quantity you plan on using, cook or steam it to high degree, then use....take note these processes are to kill pathogens which might pose a threat to ur snails

If you're not in haste and to save cost, instead of doing German floor, just reorganize the pit in a small portion/a room...build a structure suitable for snails using wood and mosquito net...fill with sterilized loamy soil(dark soul)...put sterilized plantain leaves..and stock up good pol snails from a reputable snail farm...

these items are easy to come by in Benin here or any area you're in Edo state.

Please advice.

My brother is expected to resign at his current place of work and resume some where else in a week's time,infact next week and he is expected to give atleast 2weeks notice at his current place of work. We advised him to collect his October salary before he drops his letter , and as at today 4/11/2019 , he has not received October salary, he is expecting it before Friday,8/11/2019, he thought he will get it early enough because their is no fix date for salary payment in his office. The new company wanted him to resume early that's why they gave him 2weeks notice. He didn't tell his company immediately of his plan to leave because he was scared they won't pay him for October he has worked for, that is why he is waiting till he recieve salary before he drop resignation letter.

My question is can he call his new company and beg them to extend his resumption date with a week more? What should he do? Because it's obvious he can't resume next week as he has not received salary.

Please advice , what should he do?

Please let him ask for extension and collect his October payment first.... I'm also in his shoes right now...I will collect my salary before dropping my letter latest this week

I've been waiting for the personality test invite, i got a success mail from the 6th July aptitude test. is the personality test invite in batches?

I believe So...ours was based on the fact that they urgently needed management teams for their new branches

Very good....it's 60questions in 45mins
GMAT, English etc very simple but needs you to think fast cos of the short time given

They have four stages
,, Aptitude test
,, Personality test
,,Oral interview
,,Care something test_where u'll be taken to their branch to have a day or two experience...this will give u a thought of whether you can do the job or not...then once ur taken, you'll be trained

This second stage will take place if they have limited time and may take u thru all the stages but if not, they might tell you to wait for their feedback

The personality test stage was where I got evicted two days ago....we were told to sing and also to do a team debate-decision making..if you don't contribute, you'll be scored zero, if you contribute and didn't speak loud n clearly, you will score zero... don't be too emotional while singing to close ur eyes before the panel otherwise you'll be disqualified or scored zero..sing a fast beat song if possible...any song so far u r not making mistakes with the lyrics..it's not about your voice but about ur charisma, composure and ability to carry people along

All they need is someone who is vibrant, outspoken, active whether tired or not, welcoming, bubbling, etc u know the customer service related attributes nah...
