Unless you have funds already on Binance, you don't need to use it. You can use bitnob to fund your account directly from your bank. Their deposit and withdrawal price for dollars are completely different though.
They charge #1605 for deposit per dollar and #1530 for withdrawal per dollar.
You can use Bitnob to transfer USDT on Tron network if Quotex allows it.

And you're right : I've never done this before and the reason I'm trying to do this is because I want to fund my Quotex account through Binance as that's the deposit method I'm using to fund and withdraw my earnings . If not for the shege Tinubu did Binance in Nigeria I wouldn't be having this issue of running left and right to fund and receive usdt

My apologies if my comment was hasty. Two exchanges had the same problem and I've never had this issue with two CEXs at the same time. The inability to visit any CEX on my browser did not help matters too.

I use a Google authenticator from the onset. Once you add it as part of your account security, Binance won't require SMS/email anytime you withdraw.
