Greetings brother . I would strongly suggest you take up that state/government job for the following reasons:

1. You will be pensionable after 3 or 8 years.

2. You will have access to some basic benefits like loans and grants from banks .

3. There's a lot of flexibility when you're working a government job in Nigeria : the working conditions are juicy , and if you're working in a place filled with ghostsworkers you will have a lot of free time to yourself which can also serve as an opportunity to increase your income power by taking up other side hustles .

Lastly, do not make the mistake of returning to your current teaching job; it is slavery , and it can greatly hinder you from actually exploring alternatives.

Moreover, teaching is a dead-end job in Nigeria and you need to remember, that the reward of a teacher is likely found in heaven, not earth.
