You've been hearing news about Boko Haram asking farmers to pay money before going to their farms to avoid being killed or raped.

Imagine what will happen when those farmers cultivate their crops? They will have to make excess profit to be able to pay them again to continue using their own farms. In turn, this is causing hardship.

You can't buy pepper if 50bucks anymore.

Many policies made by the president isn't honoured in your own state by your governors. Please don't ask me those policies, because I expect that you should be up-to-date before engaging someone on an argument.
