I neither know you nor owe you any explanation. I state facts here for everyone to read so I don't care whose ox is gored.

Most Nigerians are fraudsters, hypocrites and opportunists who have a culture of enjoying things and not liking to pay for them. It's a national disease that runs in the blood of Nigerians.

Go to most homes today and you will see people bypassing their meters and still cry for 24/7 power supply.

Those countries you mentioned don't have the same values we have in Nigeria. Even though they are not wealthy, they are raised to pay for things they use. In fact, Nigerians disgust them because they know how we think in this country. We pretend to hate evil but still praise it because we are not directly affected. That's hypocrisy.

So, it's not their fault that gencos prefer to sell to their government to make money than supply to Nigerians. The discos that gencos have been selling to don't even recover half of their money, despite the fact that the federal government is paying billions of naira to make electricity affordable to consumers (subsidy).

Nigeria is a jungle that needs to be overhauled so that national value system can be properly reintegrated. Our politicians reflect who we genuinely are. Be proud of who you are - Nigerians are mostly hypocrites, opportunists and fraudsters. There's no point pretending about it.

Oga, it is the duty of government to persecute any illegal connection and supply every home with almost free prepaid meter.
A simple question for you, why is it normally hard to get a prepaid meter from disco? It is simple because they benefit from all this estimated bill while they can’t provide steady light.

Nigerians desire 24/7 power supply but nobody tells them that they cannot pay for it. Go to places where rich people live, they almost always enjoy power because they can afford to pay for it.

Power is not cheap. Nigerians keep bypassing NEPA meter and the discos keep running at loss, owing billions of naira in debt. This is despite the fact that the federal government subsidizes the power we use today. If we want to enjoy all-round power supply, we should be ready to pay for it.

Is Benin and Ghana richer than Nigeria that can afford steady electricity? Or what happened to prepaid meter that is pay as you use?

I have noticed that most times you talked without wisdom while trying to claim smart as your moniker implies..

They are so cunning and would do anything just to buy your trust and after they get it, they will Jettison you. At this point, Nigeria needs God intervention because ALL THE CONTESTANTS are after their own selfish interest.

Politics / Summary Of The New Electoral Act Bill Signed By President Buhari. by Jasper14(m): 4:48am On Feb 26, 2022
Here is the summary of ten key provisions of the proposed amendment of the ELECTORAL ACT BILL.

1. Clause 29(1) stipulates that parties must conduct primaries and submit their list of candidates at least 180 days before the general elections.

2. Clause 65 states that INEC can review results declared under duress.

3. Clause 3(3) states that funds for general elections must be released at least one year before the election.

4. Clause 51 says that the total number of accredited voters will become a factor in determining over-voting at election tribunals.

5. Clause 54(2) makes provisions for people with disabilities and special needs.

6. Clause 47 gives legislative backing for smart card readers and any other voter accreditation technology that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) deploy.

7. Clause 34 gives political parties power to conduct a primary election to replace a candidate who died during an election.

8. Clause 50 gives INEC the legal backing for electronic transmission of election results.

9. Clause 94 allows for early commencement of the campaign season. By this provision, the campaign season will now start 150 days to the election day and end 24 hours before the election.

10. Clause 84 stipulates that anyone holding a political office – ministers, commissioners, special advisers and others – must relinquish the position before they can be eligible to participate in the electoral process either as a candidate or as a delegate.

However President Buhari Has Asked The National Assembly To Delete It Number 10, i.e Clause 84 as it runs foul of the 1999 Constitution amended.

I wonder who is going to do the ethnic cleansing he mentioned.

Yoruba has never in its history wiped out a people for their belief or ethnicity. We will not start now. God forbid!

Ibo is not even at our level militarily...it will not be a ethnic cleansing it would be a genetic wipe out if we were to engage in such foolishness. God forbid!

I wonder if this Ibo leader meant in his phrase ethnic cleansing against Yoruba. Ohanaeze needs to call him to order.

talk2percy:
CHIEF OLU FALAE SPOKE THE MINDS OF HONEST AND PROGRESSIVE NIGERIANS- THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT RESTRUCTURING NIGERIA IS ALL ABOUT .

This beautiful piece by Chief Olu Falae is for for the education of the hypocrtitical, genocidal, fake-prayer warrior, ICC bound war criminal called Gowon and other mischievous Nigerians , who pretend that they do not understand what restructuring is all about. This is 100% my position. God bless you Chief.

FOR THOSE STILL GREEKED BY THE TERM, THIS IS THE MEANING OF RESTRUCTURING AS CANVASSED BY SOUTHERN NIGERIA BY~Chief Olu Falae

You know I am a leader in the South West and at the National convention, I was elected as the leader of the Yoruba delegation. So, I am central to the Yoruba position. The Yoruba position is my position and it is the same position I canvassed in my book, ‘The way forward for Nigeria’ which I launched since 2005 in Lagos. What we mean by restructuring is going back to the Independence Constitution which our leaders negotiated with the British between 1957 and 1959. It was on that basis that the three regions agreed to go to Independence as one united country. So, it was a negotiated constitution. This is because, if the three regions were not able to agree, there would not have been one united independent Nigeria. But because the three regions at that time negotiated and agreed to package a constitution, that is why they agreed to go to Independence together. When the military came in 1966 and threw away the constitution, they threw away the negotiated agreement among the three regions, which was the foundation of a united Nigeria.

So, the military did not only throw away the constitution but a political consensus negotiated and agreed by our leaders of the three regions in those days. When we say restructuring now, we are saying let us go back substantially to that constitution which gave considerable autonomy to the regions. For example, each region at that time collected its revenue and contributed the agreed proportion to the centre. But when the military came, they turned it round and took everything to the centre. That could not have been accepted by Ahmadu Bello, Nnamdi Azikiwe or Obafemi Awolowo.

This constitution we are using was made by late Gen Sani Abacha and the military; and Abacha came from only one part of Nigeria, so he wrote a constitution that favoured his own part of Nigeria. That is why I am saying, let us restructure and go back to what all of us agreed before. That is the meaning of restructuring. The regions used to be federating units, but in today’s Nigeria, they would now be called federal regions because states have been created in the regions. So in the West, you now have federation of Yoruba states which would belong to the Nigerian union at the centre. So, it is not like the region of old with all the powers. No. It is now going to be a coordinator of the states in the zone. That is what we mean by restructuring. And the regions would have a considerable autonomy as they used to have. For example, for the younger people, they may not know that every region then had its own constitution.

There were four constitutions at independence –the Federal constitution, Western constitution, Eastern constitution and Northern constitution. That was how independent they were and every region had an ambassador in London. The ambassadors for the regions were called Agent General so that you do not confuse them with that of Nigeria then called High Commissioner. So, Nigeria had four ambassadors in London. The ambassador for Nigeria then called a High Commissioner was M.T Mbu. The ambassador for Eastern Nigeria then was Mr Jonah Chinyere Achara, Western Nigeria was Mr Omolodun and for Northern Nigeria, it was Alhaji Abdulmalik. There were four of them. That was the kind of arrangement we agreed to, but the military threw it away and gave us this over-centralised unitary constitution. So, we said this is not acceptable any more; we must go back to the negotiated constitution which gave considerable autonomy to the regions, so that they can compete in a healthy manner. For example, Chief Obafemi Awolowo wanted to introduce free education in the West and other regions said they could not afford it, but he went ahead to introduce it in the Western region. He said he wanted to pay a minimum of five shillings a day, while others were paying two and three shillings. He went ahead and passed the law, making five shillings the minimum wage in Western Nigeria.

There was no problem with that. In Western Nigeria, the constitution provided for a House of Assembly and the House of Chiefs. In Eastern Nigeria, there was no House of Chiefs because they did not think they needed one. There was no problem with that and that is the kind of Nigeria we negotiated in London, but that is different from what we have today. So, we are saying let us go back to that arrangement which all of us agreed at independence and not what Abacha imposed on us, which is very partial, unfair and one-sided. That is the meaning of restructuring; it is to restructure unfairness and give semi-autonomy to the federating units.

Chief Olu False is a leading Yoruba leader and waa Head of the Southwest Delegation to the Jonathan National Constitutional Conference.

NB: PLEASE HELP TO SHARE THIS PIECE WIDELY. EVEN THE DEVILS MUST BE FORCED TO READ THIS PIECE. THIS IS THE ONLY REDEMPTIVE WAY OUT FOR NIGERIA. EVERYOTHER THING WILL NEVER WORK

Romance / Re: How Women Manipulate Men by Jasper14(m): 5:45pm On Aug 12, 2017
[quote author=putit post=59390374] Most girls will not like this post especially the materialistic/ slay queens . Not all women are materialistic and manipulative. There are some real, classy and confident ladies out there.
Only weak men can be easily manipulated and women know it. There are different ways women (sub)consciously check to decide if you're a weak wussy guy they can easily manipulate;

- If she can gets away with acting like a spoil little girl, being rude or disrespecting you, she'll know you're weak and easily manipulated
- If she can easily influence you to behave in a certain manner i.e she can get you to behave in a supplicating manner towards her, she'll know you're not a REAL MAN but a weak man she can control and manipulative to achieve her own selfish agenda.

When a woman notice she cannot manipulate you or use her sexual appeal to control you, she'll either hate you (and start avoiding you) OR respect you( and start trying to get your attention).

But here is the problem with most (weak) men, they don't want any woman to hate them or reject them. They want every girl they woo to like and accept them. They want sex from every girl they meet.. And guess what;; when a materialistic/manipulative woman noticed that from you, she smartly take advantage of you. These kind of women will end up wasting your time, MONEY and energy. BE WARNED.

Realistically, a materialistic/manipulative woman can be deceptive. When she encounters a man she can easily manipulate, she'll gives him the wrong impression and make him think she's interested in him. This dude will start catching feelings and start obsessing over her. With that she can easily toy with his emotions and get him to do anything she want. Poor boy. ... (A moment of silence for any guy in that situation right now).

One funny but pathetic thing I have noticed about some guys (especially weak guys) is that they like bossy women. They like a woman who plays too hard to get. They always chase after her online, offline, anywhere they meet her... They try to get her attention. These men tends to assume that women who play hard to get are high quality, good, classy women. Men who are experience with women knows that's not true..
If she's playing too hard to get for you, it's good sign that she might not be interested. Stop wasting your time on her. That same girl is easy to get for another dude somewhere..

Guys be wise.. Even the Bible says a "fool and his money are easily parted"

I love this article..

Romance / Re: Man and Woman are different.. Nothing like Gender Equality by Jasper14(m): 2:40am On Jun 20, 2017
sexybbstar:
I saw a thread earlier on (why do guy thinks girls are whores?) I think this is my own view.

You had better stop comparing, if God wants equal rights for us all, he would have created everyone with p.enis or va.gina. But the difference in our private organ and body build shows that what is good for one may not be good for the other.

If a male child should become wayward, believe me if he repents, not a sign of it will be on his body but if a female child becomes wayward, I won't lie to you, let her become a pastor. There will still be signs to show for it like sagged breasts, wide va.gina, etc.Tell me can a man have a deformed organ as a result of being promiscuous.? obviously no!

Don't compare the two together.A lady that compare herself with a man is playing a dangerous game. U sure know that when he have sex with u without protection, u would get pregnant and u will receive the blame. Yet u allowed him, don't blame anyone for your misfortune because u are aware that the lady takes the blame.

Man and woman are two different words with different attributes. A man who lives like a woman won't find it easy and vice versa. Even two ladies are not the same not to talk of a man and a woman.

You want gender equality, ladies. Can you impregnate a fellow lady? Even those of us who transgendered to become a man still have so many manly activities they can't do.

Learn to appreciate your gender and bring out the best from it.

Nice!
